Coins were much better priced than their main competitors. Only issue was communications between order and despatch was no updates, so after 3 days I called for an update. Coins received were fine.

Made an order and they failed to send it! Avoid buying from such unreliable and unethical company. I called them asking where is my order and they told I have to wait 1 or 2 weeks! They taken my money and sent nothing. I will start legal action against such people. Order #S-05657214

Used to be better!! Tried to place an order for 50oz on Feb 16th, system said need to contact them. emailed, got auto reply, spent all Monday phoning, with phone cut of 3 times. could not get through. Took until 19th to place order, but had to be bellow £100K 1. then have to provide proof of who i am and where i live, but held account with them for over 3 years. 2. have to prove "proof of funds" before they accept my order. Thanks to "we don't have any deliver slots left" even when i had been waiting over a week, and all the poor customer service, it as taken 3 weeks (6th march) and numerous phone calls to accomplish something that should have been so simple. Opening the London office, becoming part of the LBMA and new ordering system has done them no favours. Will not be recommending their services to any of my friends again.

This trader fulfils the needs of all pirate captains without the need for a ship or a hearty crew. Arr! Shiny treasure without the dangers of getting damp from sailing the 7 seas. I sacked my crew (as the National Insurance ate into the arr! profit), and sold my ship. Clearly, my alter ego approves of this trader's shiny treasure without having to leave the dock. In reality, the crew mutinied and stole the ship, but lets not dwell upon facts.
