I purchased a KS5 Pro, which was advertised as early November batch. I chased them on the 13th to get a rough dispatch date and they advised me it would be latest 15th. I never received an email with dispatch confirmation on the 15th, so sent them an email and they replied saying that they were still waiting for Bitmain to ship the units to them, they said they weren’t given a date by Bitmain on when they would receive it so couldn’t give me an idea of when I could expect to receive it. This also happened with the Radiant miner I purchased from them too, where I received it 2 wks later than advertised on their website. I then sent them an email from my Wife’s email address asking if they had ks5 pro in stock and when it would be shipped, they replied saying they have the ks5 pro in stock and it would be dispatched by the 30th November. I really don’t believe what they’re saying, they’re saying two different things. I won’t be buying from them again or recommending them to my friends, as their advertised batch dates are worthless.

Customer service was very responsive and helpful with my payment option request. Pretty quick shipping. Fair price for the Mini Doge III I ordered. I would buy here again.

Cant fault the service. Bought a number of miners from them over the past year or so and the process has been smooth. Payment and delivery all went fine without a hitch. Packaging is also very good. No issues with any of the miners.
