Most likely to be scam. Ordered a miner from them to pay on bank transfer. But they send me a mail that i have to pay in crypto because they cannot wait 2 days for the bank transfer. So i cancelled the order, 99% sure it's scam when they ask for payment in crypto.

I must say these guys were delightful to deal with and I just made my second purchase with them. The first purchase of the miner came with some issues, despite challenges but we managed to resolve at the end. The credibility of a seller improved when there was problem encountered but they genuinely attempted to solve it.

I have made purchase order for antminer s17+ and made payment but its shocking what i got the machine had severe hardware problem that 2 of the hashboards are malfunctioning with giving error log of 0 asic. Sad ! Unfortunately but the worst thing the company is not taking pain to reply of my emails continuously,, there is no support from them. Thats very disappointing. In one word "S C A M "

This company scammed me. I send them money for an A10pro December 25th and I have not received it yet. I'm sure they took my preorder and sold it to the higher bidder. Avoid this company at all costs. I don't know why redpanda endorses them, probably because they give him free units to lure other customers in to get scammed. They did not even offer a refund of my money. I think my bank transfer is gone. Scammers!
