United States | 29 November 2022They have been working an $18,000 web project for me for over 2.5 years. Their incompetence is legendary. They refuse to meet with me on a weekly basis for updates. They want to work through email. I send them emails, nothing happens for months, I call, they say they never got any emails, I resend.. Rinse, repeat, years pass.... I only hear from them at the end of each quarter when they try to sell me something additional that they'll never deliver on. They do not honor their money back guarantee. I've asked many times. I am about to take them to court. I implore anyone reading this to do your homework. I have never worked with more incompetent morons. You can find a better company. More food for thought. United States | 16 February 2021I paid $999 for an E-Commerce Website. I was advised that based upon : webexperio.com Web Experio offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all its design services. Customers can claim 100% of their money paid for the service back under the following circumstance: If you are unsatisfied with the initial designs of the logo or the website. You can request a 100% refund on your project. After 3 weeks, I advised that " I was unsatisfied with the initial design". For example, the designed put my personal home address and phone # on the website. When I asked for them to remove it, they wanted to know why?? This should have been my 1st sign. After multiple language barriers, I requested a refund of the project . The project manager Michael Collins advised that he would escalate and get me an immediate refund. The following day, I was contacted by Thomas Murphy who said that the money back guarantee was based upon "their discretion" and because I made a payment this VOIDED the money back guarantee. Further, because I requested my home address and phone # to be removed from the website, this is considered a revision. This company provides a fraudulent service. The BBB rating is a F. I should have know better. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FORWARD WITH THIS BOGUS COMPANY - THEY ARE VERY FRAUDULENT !!!

United States | 02 February 2021I'm not sure what's going on, my experience started out okay, after several tries and clarifications, I finally got a good logo. The site they started was okay, but I ended up writing all my own copy. No matter what i said and info I gave them, the copy was not aligned nor did it make sense at times. I requested to just have my site go live and I could make adjustments, they said they would do it, and tried to upsell me a plan to host it, which was supposed to already be included. I told them, no just use my godaddy server, which they said they were having issues getting it to connect. Then they said they'd get it done, never did, and now I can't get a hold of anyone by phone, email or through the online portal. No one at the online chat. I'm concerned they are out of business and I am out $1400+ and no website still, even though it's finished. BEWARE!!!!

United States | 22 January 2021Can’t get a hold of anyone from this company. I gave them $500 to get me started on a website design. My sr project designer is Jeff Williams. I submitted some of my website ideas to him and the team. He started working on it but since 1/11/21 I haven’t heard back from him. I’ve read some of the reviews on this thread and I’m now very concerned that I was scammed! Anyone have any ideas as to how we can get our money back now? This is awful! I didn’t have much money to begin with but was going to try to slowly pay for it as we continued on with more progress. Now I have nothing! Any advice will be greatly appreciated thank you!

United States | 22 January 2021Disappeared after the last communication on 1/11. Reworking a logo, 1/2 complete now the company has blown up. Anyone have any updated information? Is there any evidence they actually operated in US? or was it 100% offshore? I just read from another review that they were shutdown, Who shut them down?

United States | 22 January 2021I hired WebExperio in February 2020 to build my business website for me. The package I paid for was called the "Custom E Commerce Marketplace Package" for $3000.00. You can look this information up on their website for everything this package was suppose to include. I was contacted a few days later by James stating he would be my project manager and will be creating my website. I was told it would be done in 60-90 days. Within the first 60 days, James left WebExperio and I was given a new project manager named Jasper. He told me that due to the change in project managers my website would be delayed about a month. That was in March 2020. In April 2020, Jasper contacted me and told me my initial $3000 package only came with 1 year of hosting and I would need to pay for a hosting package so I ended up paying him an additional $1000.00 for a 3 year hosting package. When my website still wasn't finished by the end of May, I sent an email to the WebExperio's CEO explaining the situation and told them that if my website is not done and live by the end of June, I want my 100% money back guarantee. I received a response telling me the state of California is under quarantine and all employees were working remotely from home and my website would be delayed due to my designers not having access to computer programs they need to complete my website. In August, Jasper left WebExperio and my new PM was Jeff Williams. He offered to create a 3D/360 product image for my website for FREE for the inconvenience. In November, Jeff said everything was almost done and my website would launch December 7th. Then he convinced me to pay $2500 for marketing. After it still didn't launch on the 7th due to "bug fixes" and other issues, he said my new launch date would be January 1st but I haven't been able to contact him since. After days of digging and researching WebExperio, I found out that the government came in and shut them down, seized their business and froze their accounts for Fraud and Scamming. I also found out they were contracting their work out to other businesses and that Liquidweb was hosting my website. When I contacted Liquidweb I was told they could not share any information about my hosting or transfer it over to my name due to the circumstances because I was technically not their client. WebExperio is their client and without their permission Liquidweb's hands are tied. So not only did WebExperio steal $6500 from me, but I also have no way of obtaining the DNS files for the work I put into my website or any kind of rights to my website. A Tech checked my C-Panel and told me my website had no security, platform or admin information. They basically scammed me for $6500 and continued to attempt to get even more money out of me knowing that my website was fraud and would crash during the first week of operation. Now a year later, I am $6500 in the whole without a my business website which is my only way to make a living. WebExperio put through so much heartache and stress this past year and now I have to start all over from scratch. I want this company to pay for what they have done to me and every other customer they scammed. They prevented me from making a living for almost a year while scamming me the entire time

United States | 20 January 2021***BEWARE*** On 10/6/20 we contracted WebExperio to produce 2 new websites (4-6 pages each) and update a third. In addition, a connected Admin panel. Its been over 3 months and outside of receiving jpg template design drafts-- complete with Lorem ipsum text - nothing. Today, they are not answering phone calls or emails. We have filed a fraud claim with our credit card company. Josh Middleton executed the agreement and we worked with Mike and Terry.

United States | 20 January 2021The company has disappeared but their website is still up. They have been working to develop my website since Sep 2020. Everything was going fine, and since last week Jan 13th - there is no response to any query and website chat is not functional. I plan on reporting this company to authorities.

United States | 19 January 2021Everything was running along just fine with my logo. The initial logos were great, just needed a few revisions. I have not been able to reach the company by any means after the initial preliminary logo designs. It's as if the company fell off the earth.
