Your clothes are fabulous, but the dress that arrived, that was for a gift, had a small section on the sleeve that was missing sequins. I think it had been returned previously because it was a bit of a mess in the bag. If it was for me, I would have kept it. When I asked for a return, I uploaded photos of the missing patch, but it was stated that the cost of the return postage would be taking off my refund. I don’t think I should have to pay the return postage.

Communication and service is great. I just thought the dresses would be of better quality fir the prices. Lined, tidier stitching. I struggled to get anything with enough material to cover my chest, yes I'm chesty but not freakishly but none of the dresses I tried covered enough. Fit was nice everywhere else though. I really wanted to love these but I just really didn't. Very pricey for what they are, I honestly don't mind spending/investing for quality but these were just not hitting the mark for me personally even on sale.

I've had three great experiences with NFD - one at the pop-up shop in East London (picked up some fab bargains including a sequinned bomber jacket that receives lots of compliments) followed by a visit to the shop in Buckhurst Hill where I bought a dress for an event. Amazing service at both shops. Then I bought a dress online in the December sale, which arrived quickly and was nicely packaged. This is my new favourite brand. I just need more events so I can buy more dresses.

Beautiful skirt, feels and looks so very expensive, exactly as on website. Delivered next day as specified. Couldn’t be more impressed
