I was very excited about my first purchase from NFD, however after receiving the Burgundy Diaz Top I was very disappointed. The sleeves were a lot shorter and wider than on the photos. So when put on, it looked like a different top. The quality of the fabric was poor and there was a loose thread. Then I read that I have to pay for the return... Sorry to say but it was an awful first experience.

Skirt looked badly sewn and dropped awkwardly when on. The wrap over was mishaped and looked cheaply made. The shirt was thin and overpriced for what it was. Both items returned, email sent to customer services as no correspondence as to whether it has been received or not. Emailed to ask whether the parcel needed a returns note and still waiting to hear. I will not be buying from this company again as returns postage is also the responsibility of the customer which I find wrong as so many companies now do not charge. Not a great experience.
