Quality was terrible. Marketed to look high end, I bought the red sequin dress, the lining underneath was too long so you could see it under. It looked like it should be £15 from Tesco, not £150 Won’t be buying again, unless it’s heavily discounted so reflects the product Delivery was good though and customer service was good with my return, was easy to speak to someone

Ordered a dress, which didn’t suit me, so I sent it back. I wasn’t aware that returned items are not fully refunded and postage ALSO has to be covered. All in all will be down roughly £10 when I am actually in receipt of the partial refund…which I am still waiting for 13 days later.

I really liked the uniqueness of NFD pieces and I waited quite a while before purchasing the dress I had my eye on. It was originally £99 and I paid £59 in the sale. Good job because had I paid £99 for a 90% nylon dress it would have gone straight back! At that price you expect better quality. This pieces won’t wash well or last long. I went back online and most of their items are mainly polyester! You’d be better off finding something similar on Shein for much much less!

Amazing delivery service. Came all the way to Zambia in less than a week. Size charts are really accurate for advising on size if it’s your first time. I love my pieces.

Just be aware they are not good at refunds and will try to avoid paying. I returned an item - chased for my refund. They confirmed they had received it and to expect refund within a further 10 days. Two weeks later - still no refund - so chased again and they then said my return had been lost and never received. I ended up getting PayPal involved and they refunded me.

My very first order with NFD. Dress arrived with a hole in the side seam. Was offered an exchange, refund or 15% discount. Chose the exchange. Prompt service as I wanted to wear it Christmas day and it was very close. Second dress arrived and the shoulder seams were not an equal length and the shorter one was badly puckered. Not a great experience on the quality side.
