I bought a gold roll neck, I had not even finished getting ready & the top caught on my eye lash box & pulled, I looked in the mirror & there were 2 pulls on it. I then gently tugged at the loose thread & a hole appeared which got larger in seconds. Hadn’t even had it on 5 minutes, it was £40!!! Obviously poor quality.
