United Kingdom | 18 December 2024I bought my wife a cardigan and when it arrived it clearly been worn and had a really strong smell of perfume. One of the cuffs was damaged. All down the sleeves and the front of the cardigan was bobbled. It clearly had not been checked before it was sent out. Must have been a return. When I phoned them to report the condition of the cardigan they asked me to send them photos of the damage which I did. They then offered me 20% off which I think was a very poor offer as I would’ve had to get the cuff repaired, cleaned/wash it and de bobble it. I asked for a better offer which they declined. I’ve now returned it for a full refund which I am waiting for

Order never arrived, item ordered to wear over festive period so requested full refund and was informed that this was not possible to fulfil until missing order investigated with Royal Mail. So am now without ordered item and missing £100 just before Christmas even though missing item is nothing to do with myself but an issue between NFD and Royal Mail - why am I being penalised for this? Shocking!
