When two technologies clash, I typically find that both technologies tend to try to pass the buck - so when Nimbus Hosting and my Cloudflare systems resulted in a site crash, I was worried. I knew the fault probably stemmed from me pressing a swutch, but I had no idea which switch. I needn't have worried. Cloudflare identified the issue and Nimbus addressed it rapidly and professionally. They would have fixed it before the Cloudflare analysis, if had been able to get on a call with them in time. Nimbus has loads of cool bells and widgets to make your Wordpress hosting faster and (mostly) safer. I was glad of the simple to restore backup and I am impressed so far, after trying so many hosting companies over the years.

Matt at Nimbus Helped resolve an error we had with our website going offline due to high CPU and Memory usage. Matt provided the details of the error and provided the resolution within a quick timeframe.

There's absolutely nothing I can say against Nimbus, with both their servers and support. All the staff, especially Matt (he's always handled my requests), Carla and the rest are just top notch support staff who go above and beyond to get requests done and sorted. Even though our servers are "self managed" there come times where you need their expertise to handle certain jobs on the servers which would otherwise take alot of research and time to do yourself, whereas they always just sort it without questions asked. Iv'e been with Nimbus for going on 4 years now, and after filtering through at least 20 other hosts, Nimbus take the cake with service, speed, cost and support. The STORM platform is simple enough to not confuse even the most novice of users, and powerful enough to outperform pretty much anything on the Market, and that includes the likes of CentOS. If you haven't tried Nimbus, or you're just not getting what you pay for from other hosts, then you need to give Nimbus a chance, they're game changers. The platform is constantly getting updates based on feature requests from the community, and it's the small creature comforts that put them above the rest.
