As my item apparently arrived to Bozowi after their '14 day quote guarantee period' they sent me a ridiculous revised offer of £1. I sent them an email asking for my device back and told them I did not accept this revised offer of £1. I got no reply and my device was sent for recycling and my account was credited with £1. I sent a second email querying this and managed to get a reply stating that they were acting in accordance to their T&Cs to send me such a ridiculous revised offer, at no point did they acknowledge the fact I asked for my device back. After a few more emails of me asking for my device back they finally told me it had been recycled and I cannot get it back. After writing them a letter of complaint they offered me a settlement of and extra £10 to be credited to my account. This process took weeks and I was so fed up with it I took the £10 but was still very unhappy at their service. I would NOT use this service again simply for the fact that if your device arrives late they will send you a ridiculous revised quote.

Higher than many other popular phone recycling companies and was quick to deliver the sending packaging to be recycled with easy to read instructions on how the sending process would happen. I would definitely use it again and would recommend it to a friend without hesitation.

United Kingdom | 14 June 2013I saw the website online and thought "hm this seems good" so I applied and sent my phone in, one week later I still did not receive my payment. I sent many emails which none got a response. I proceeded to call, but no one was picking up the phone. I sent another email saying I would have to take them to court and then I called again and after the first ring someone picked up the phone and my money was in my account within a couple of minutes. I believe I would not have recieved my money if I didn't send the last email.

United States | 14 June 2013I contacted Bozowi regarding selling my old iphone as they were offering the best price, the following day they sent out an addressed envelope for me to pack and send my phone in. A couple of days after sending the package off I received notification of receipt, then a couple of days after that I received my full payment. Faultless service.

United Kingdom | 14 June 2013A quick review from my experience using this company! - they reduced the cost of my phone due to scratches on the back by £60! - I rejected the offer and asked for my phone to be sent back - I paid the £10 to get my phone back - I wrote a review and because they didn't like It they kept my phone - I argued with them and called trading standards, bozowi asked me to delete the review and they would send my phone back FREE of charge!! - I edited the review just so they would send my phone back - I finally received my phone back, hence why I'm writing this review! - I feel this company are bullies, they bully people into accepting their reduced offers - They then use terms and conditions that trading standards laughed at, and threaten legal action for anyone writing a bad review Use this company at your own risk and good luck!!

United Kingdom | 14 June 2013Sent my device in, which seemed to take forever to arrive, and I started to worry about the company and found a ton of bad reviews. Eventually the device arrived, and they claimed that the device kept rebooting, and was therefore of zero value, so they reduced the offer from £25.50 to £8.00, which is below the minimum payout (though when I contacted them they said the do pay out at this level if you change to PayPal). So I reluctantly paid to have the "faulty" device returned (£5.00), which showed up today about a week later. When I got it back, the battery was very low, so it was functioning perfectly well when it shut down due to low battery. My guess is that the phone got switched on somehow in the post and drained it, as it never had any problem holding its charge before. In any case, it's charged up and working now. They claim that they "gain nothing from making up faults, we give you the option to have the device returned, and we take a video of each device and each fault, so there is no room for error." No URL to the failure video was ever offered though. The other thing to know is that the tone of their emails is rude, especially this gem: "If any emails are worded in an abusive or threatening manner, our email filters will automatically delete these emails, please ensure that all emails are appropriately worded. " Which basically says, that any email you send may never arrive. That inspires great confidence, as how can I threaten to take them to small claims court to recover my loss, if they'll just delete the emails. So, you all know what I do now. Just hope you find this before you bother to send in your device. --------------- Further to the reply below: I stand by my review. The video clearly shows that the phone was complaining of low battery. The fact that your offer was double that of your competitors doesn't say anything of the fact it was only 1/3 of what the offer I accepted was. And I'm now out £5 postage, and wasted time.

United Kingdom | 14 June 2013sent phone off, received email confirmation of it being received but told that the pre agreed amount was less than they send out, therefore I had to sell them another phone to receive any money. They did not offer to return the phone and they did not explain this when they made the offer to buy my phone. An absolute scam, so now I have no cash and no phone, unless I send them another phone!
