With some initial reservations - sounded too good to be true, and there must be some catch - I took the plunge, and happily, it proved to be a very good choice! I was kept informed every step of the way, all instructions were concise and easy to follow. I was paid the exact amount as promised, which arrived safely in my bank today! Received an email from Bozowi over two weeks ago to inform me that the value of my 'phone had been downgraded. I selected to have the 'phone returned to myself in the knowledge that I would have to pay for the service. I have still received no emails or replies from Bozowi as to how or when my 'phone will be sent back after numerous emails to them so I am now having to seek legal advice on my next steps! Personally I would advise anyone to avoid this company as their communications and customer care are horrendous.

I was very pleased with the speediness and good value this company provided when selling my iPhone 3G. I would definitely use Bozowi again :-)

Really quick and the amount they pay is top all over the rest of the mobile recycling sites

I sent my iphone 3gs 16gb into the site. They gave me the best damaged price of £50 because the screen was white when powered up. I sent the phone in and didnt get a reply for around a week, when they did reply, they said they would only give me £20 so i asked for it back only to be told its too late they have already sold it on !!! I want my phone back i didnt agree to sell it for £20! BE VERY CAREFUL

No complaints. Bozowi offered the best price for my phone. The service was really easy to use and I got my money within a week of sending the phone to them. I would definitely use the service again or recommend to friends and family.

This was my first experience with a mobile phone recycler and I was worried about the process. I went with Bozowi because they had the best recycle price for the phone I had, and it was really easy and quick! I applied for the free post envelope on a Tuesday, had it sent to me on the Thursday, sent it back on Friday and my the following Tuesday, the money was in my account. All in a week. They did recommend I get secure post delivery, which I did, which cost £6 but was worth it.

Bozowi quoted me the best price on the net for my old phone. They quickly sent me an envelope so I could send them the phone. My quote was honored and I had the money in my account within a week. All round great service.

Eventually sorted all problems out after numerous emails to Bozowi. In the end Bozowi were very helpful in getting my full value for my iPhone 3GS. I still think Bozowi should state when selling a phone if it is locked they will deduct £20 from the original quote to have it unlocked as this can be misleading. Overall, I would use Bozowi again no problems.
