Bozowi gave the best price for a water damaged phone. The service fast, efficient and could be tailored made to my preferences. All the instructions where given step by step so where easy to follow.

I was very happy with the quick response and payment after 1 week I had the money paid straight into my bank account. The amount paid was the amount quoted I was very happy with the price.

The website was easy to use and I was offered an actual price for my broken phone, some other sites only offered vague % based on an evaluation. I am going to leave the original text on this review and edit in this section instead. If you read my previous comment I had wrote, that a bluetooth failure had caused bozowi to deduct money from the original price of the phone i was recycling. I came on here and wrote my review and the following day I received an email from them stating that a system glitch was the cause of the deduction and that the full price would be paid and that they were sorry for any inconvenience caused. I am now happy with the service i received from them and have amended the review to suit. Sent in an almost brand new s2 that i restores back to factory settings. I was sent an email saying "During the testing, the engineers have tested your phones Bluetooth and have found that your phone drops its connection from the device intermittently" A phone that new does not have intermittent faults especially on bluetooth. I have used the phone since day 1 and I know that it is perfect and therefore I am at the conclusion that bozowi should be renamed to ROBIN HOOD

partner sent phone in and opted for cheque payment...emails sent to say cheque was sent out..well 2 weeks later he was still waiting..turns out the company had lied on when the cheque was sent out and after leaving a bad review on here..he was bribed into changing his review to a good rating before they would cancel the missing cheque and do payment by bacs..so approx 3-4 later he recieved his money! stick to [Link]...least you get payment before phone is sent out! he certainly wont be sending any phone into a company like these again.

The web site was easy to use (find your phone, etc.) and the return envelope arrived quickly. Pop the phone in and bosh! Nice and easy. Bank account was credited within a couple of days

it was good, everything was clear, and i understood what to do.

at first it was good it gave me an updated amount for phone and i accepted then got an email saying payment would be in by end of day and still waiting 5days on. And i keep getting emails about having 7 days before price ends they seem unorganised. I have then received payment 5 days later but got a phone same day explaining still wasnt impressed with thecwait.

After reading terms and conditions all seemed ok. i was very happy with service and kept updated throughout. took about ten days for cheque to arrive in post from me sending in my phone. overall very impressed.
