Great website, great value, great products!!

This could have been easier, I tried several times to make payment

Purchased bistro chairs that broke less than 3-months after purchase. Subsequently, I read reviews from other customers who had the exact same experience with this product i.e. chair collapsing whilst someone was sitting on it due to a join weld breaking and the metal legs bending. So, Beliani had already received this feedback from customers, but continue to sell this product. Beliani Customer Services totally discounted my feedback that this product is dangerous. They refused my request for my money back, offering me only a replacement of the same chairs. We couldn't trust sitting on these chairs again and certainly would never offer them to a guest, so we feel totally cheated out of our money. I will never purchase from Beliani again and I would not recommend them.

Easy viewing on web site

Ordered a outdoor sofa set rain cover. Didn't have one specifically for my sofa so ordered one large enough to fit.

I purchased an outdoor garden set Rima, last year, used for a few months, come to use this year and the back rest is broken, Christopher Koch in customer service- if you can call it that, has been horrendous, no help not empathy nothing, want me to professionally repack the faulty outdoor furniture back up before he will arrange collection for my refund after sending random replacements. I have emailed the director of customer service to help because it’s gotten that bad for that long I have no hope.

Wide selection of items but took some time to scroll through the list. Some items seemed to appear more than once and the details did not show the same items that were shown on the image when opened.

craziness, got offered money back due to damage item on delivery and wanted to purchase a few items a couple of weeks later. on the website at the time they had an offer on because of 30th anniversary with a special offer code. I couldnt use my money back credit and also have the website wide offer... Total con!!!!! wont be shopping with them again When l messaged them they said the computer says no So there customer experience is built round the process, not the process built for the customer

Appalling company. I ordered something on 21 February and they took the payment. I contacted them a month later to ask where the item was, they responded saying it was out of stock and would be back in stock late May. It’s now June and my item still hasn’t arrived!!!!

Item arrived broken with box full of shards of glasses. customer service does not react. do not use this company

So many cushions to choose from. I was looking for a particular colour to compliment my lounge. Hopefully the ones I have chosen are going to do that
