Very easy to order!

Ordered the bench and it works perfectly in our space. While admittedly at this price, it's not the sturdiest piece of furniture. But, we don't have kids jumping on things so it works for us. Now we have just ordered the bench cover so we can protect it from the rain and leave it out all winter.

Great selection and design, really nails it on price strategy and user experience on the website. However, uses a third party delivery called EPIC logistics which is absolutely terrible. Not only they don't deliver in time and thus completely disrespectful of people's time, the company has an awful costumer service which you can't get anything sorted. Beliani would've aced this had it used its own or a better delivered company.

Just wasn't sure what the transportation warranty cost was really for. Couldn't see anything about it on the page about deliveries generally ...

AVOID!!! They took payment for furniture, the product didn't arrive, contacted their CS who told me it had been dispatched and was in the UK. Chased again and they told me via email they had lost it in their warehouse in Germany, called their CS again and was told they had run out of stock.... seems like they have taken my money without having any stock and cant get their story straight, has anyone else had this experience? Do yourselves a favour and buy from a UK based company that don't, take your money and not deliver.

I recently purchased Super King Slatted Bed Base COMBOURG I thought it would help support my mattress. I have had nothing but backache as the slats are arched and hurt my back. It arrived all battered. I didn’t want to keep it but I was offered £40 back but that’s because they started a sale event. I decided to try it. I have woken up feeling like my back is broken for the last few days. I then complained and so far I have been refused a refund. So right now I would say stay well away from this company. I will wait to see if they do come back with a suitable resolution.
