If I could leave a zero rating I would. Avoid at all costs. I bought a garden dining set thinking it would be an investment. One of the chairs collapsed on FIRST USAGE when my brother sat on it. I wanted to return the whole set for fear that someone would get hurt but this was refused. After much to-ing and fro-ing I was offered 2 replacement chairs and a voucher - so I can have more of the same shoddy goods. These people are a disgrace and have NO moral conscience. Use at your peril. I will be telling everyone to stay away.

UPDATE: Beliani team contacted me right away to help me sort out the issue and clarify all of my concerns. Superb customer service I tried 4 times to pay with Klarna and the last screen of the checkout was stuck, loading forever... i hope i am not charged 4 times and have to claim back the money
