Product: Garden Storage Box 132 x 62 cm Dark Grey CEBROSA. I'm not easily motivated to write a product review - this is my first. It reflects my frustration having purchased the Beliani garden storage box (Cebrosa). The instructions for assembly begin as follows: "Before starting assembly, remove the protective film from each part!" (Their exclamation mark) I'm a reasonably fit moderately able DIYer and it has taken me a little over two hours to do this! (My exclamation mark). (An aside: assembly itself is claimed to take 2 people 1.5 hours. I haven't yet tested this). The protective film is extremely difficult and time consuming to remove. On two bracing struts I have given up trying. The film on these will barely come away. Removal is mm by mm and would take many hours of picking at it to complete. On the larger sheets it is necessary to laboriously pick at the film to remove it from corners and angles before any attempt to remove it as a sheet. Then to do this it is necessary to exert firm, even and consistent pressure whilst holding flexible, large, easily kinked and sharp-edged pieces of metal. In places the film has been applied before fixings. In some parts it is not possible to remove these so the film can only be cut or ripped from the edges leaving torn shreds. I'm staggered the product is supplied in this state. It makes it an impractical purchase for many people. I strongly advise against purchase of this product unless your are perfectly able bodied, tenacious, have the patience of a saint and time to spare. Or can pay someone to unpack it for you. A challenge to the CEO of Beliani: Post a real-time video to Youtube of you unpacking this product and getting it to the point of being ready to build. If you can do it in under 1.5 hours and laceration-free I will buy you a drink. An update: Beliani customer service is excellent. I called and they answered the 'phone (no bot). I emailed pictures of the two struts from which I could not remove the film and received replacements in just over 1 week. These were fine. The wider issue of the difficulty (but possible) of removing the protective film still holds but I can't fault the post purchase support.
