Some phones take longer than others to get the unlock code. As well, many phones cannot be unlocked over the weekend, so start your request on a Monday if you can help it.

Code did'nt work.. Wasted my money to unlock the phone. I did contact the support for help but instead of helping, i recieved an email and ask me to make a video entering the code. I find this more work than just entering the code.
