We've had great account managers since starting to use Bywaters a few years back Kate and now our current account manager Anett is very helpful and quick at responding. Bywaters have also helped us increase our recycling rate to a consistent rate of 78%

We have used Bywaters for our commercial waste, I've found them to be very professional and responsive when required. My account manager Anett Szebenyi is amazing, listened to what I wanted to install and the buildings waste management to the next level, always available and proactive.

Overall a great service provided with knowledgeable and helpful contract managers that care about operations on site and client needs. Monthly visits are proactive and actioned within reasonable timeframes. Collections are on time and any delays are promptly investigated and communicated.

Unfortunately i can't give this company 0 stars as if I could I certainly would. They are the worst waste company i have ever used, trying to resolve any issues or get bins replaced is a nightmare , customer service are all completely useless and we have waited weeks for bins that were ordered well in advance of our new premises......i can't be bothered to even waste any more of my time writing this review, terrible company, terrible customer services, incompetent in every way !

Despite customer services agreeing that there had been multiple errors on their part. They were unwilling to enjoy in any conversation resulting in a resolution. Very lacklustre.

The Bywaters team has been very accommodating. I always have good experience with them, receiving the best support.

Loved my job looking after my staff but management would not listen to ideas. Management unpleasant, rude. No benefits. No pay rises. What you start on is what you stay on. Used to get real anxiety about coming to work. Would only get two or three hours sleep before coming to work. Ended up leaving due to stress. I lasted 3 years which compared to some employees was a long time. HUGE turnover of staff

The service we get from Bywaters is great; I don't have to worry about things happening, it just gets done as agreed. The service is flexible so I can have more or less bins or collections depending on my waste requirements. The account management team are very friendly and easy to work with.

Bywaters provides an excellent waste management service, very customer focused and always willing to assist to resolve a waste problem. The Senior Client Manager Shamim Miah is very proactive and supportive to the needs of the hospital.

We have used Bywaters for years and we always had a great service delivered by our Contract Manager Andreanna. Always helpful and trying to find solutions even with our "out of the blue" requests. If for any reasons collections are missed (which is rare!) we are made aware ASAP.

We have gone through a challenging period re waste and our account manager Shamim was with us every step of the way. I was even able to contact him out of hours. Well done

My Account Manager is Shamim Miah. Through what has been a very challenging and disruptive period, both because of internal change and external challenges with COVID et al, he and the on-site team have been tremendous - attentive, willing to meet even last minute requirements and with an overall approach which always seems to say 'yes' first and then work on the details afterwards. I predict things would have been quite different with a less reliably willing and able supplier.
