I placed an order 9 days ago that still hasn't shipped and I've had no reply to my email from several days ago. Rubbish.

Excellent service. I have been after a certain soft drink, that was still an original type ( with sugar ) & by far the cheapest selling was with Fame Drinks. So I wanted to double check it was the one, and went into their chat. I was answered almost immediately, & given a photo of the information. The drinks I ordered were no longer in stock. I had a phone call from a very helpful young man to discuss my options. I decided on a refund and this was sorted very quickly. I will happily use this company again. Thank you

Quick delivery. Free drink included in my order too which was nice. The drinks I ordered expire in 4 months so it would have been nice if this was noted in the product information before purchased.

I was attracted to this easy to use website initially because of the very competitive prices and the fact they accepted Paypal. Not the quickest delivery but the quality of the protecting packaging was second to none! Communications were good too, so will definitely buy again!

Order received 3 weeks late, no response after 4 emails.. absolutely shocking service won't be using again!!

The drinks came, but it did take a while. Fame drinks need to be more honest about how long people should expect to wait for their drinks. Says 5 days when you order but its more like 15 days or so.

Kept having to chase order which never did receive will definitely not shop with this company again, told them to forget it and received refund

I cancelled the order because they were too slow to dispatch my order. If there were problems at the outset I would prefer to know rather than waiting in silence

I'm still waiting for my order, and no sign of when and how long I've mgs and had no reply this company is shocking if they can't communicate, I might even take things further

Fast delivery quicker than expected

Worst Customer Experience ever. I put an order for drinks. After 2 weeks with no communication from the date of my online order, called and was told by email that the drinks were being imported and would arrive in a weeks time which was fine. However another 2 weeks down the line I sent an email requesting for an update. No update came just saw a refund in my account. No apology and no explanation whatsoever. Granted it’s not a lot of money but one would be tempted to think they took my money interest free for a month to finance their operations and just dumped it back. I would steer clear of this supplier.

Fame Drinks have restored my faith in Customer Service. They truly went above and beyond. This was my first purchase from Fame Drrinks and there was a mistake with my order and after reviewing the details the item was not just replaced but they also upgraded me from 250ml to 345ml at no extra cost. I will be subscribing in the New Year for sure. Highly recommend Fame Drink
