Brilliant prices and we'll packaged bit of a delay on arriving but this time of year its expected

First time using Fame as it was the only place i could find Supermalt XO extra malty, gotta say amazing service and speedy delivery, packaging excellent, will defo come back for sure. Oh and the Supermalt was 🔥🔥.

Great service but no longer buy from famedrinks as they are expensive I buy from a different retailer I already get them to removed me from there mailing list send them emails but no reply

Customer care team was very helpful and their response was quick when I had an issue.

Poor communication. Emailed them for an update on my order after 7 days - no confirmation notice received at point of ordering. Eventually received a reply informing me there had been a delay in delivery. I would now be receiving my order the following Tuesday. No apology offered for the delay. No tracking details supplied. All in all, a rather disappointing customer service experience and one I’m unlikely to venture into again.

Very easy to use and order. Delivery is quick every good. Only bad thing is price for delivery

Took longer than expected to come and eventually someone message me back to say parcel had been damaged in transit and they would send it again I then got it the next day. I might order again not sure yet as waiting nearly a week not great spes when paying for delivery could do to be bit faster really.

Great service but some stock did arrive as it went out of Stoke which is disappointing.

Great seller, the cans arrived in a plain package within 72hrs of me ordering them. I wasn't in when they arrived but they were left in a safe place.
