Whole process of ordering and delivery very straightforward and successful. Very pleased with our comfortable, good looking, well made chesterfield, just what we hoped for!

Ordering was easy, there was plenty of choice and the free samples helped a lot. The delivery team were excellent, they put everything together, put the sofas where we wanted and took all the packaging away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

What a pleasure it has been to deal with a customer focused company, we wanted to make changes to the standard couches and everything we asked for was "yes no problem." After reading other reviews we thought that if our reaction was anything like other customers we would be very pleased, to say our expectations were surpassed is very much an understatement. We had chosen the wrong feet but these were exchanged without any fuss what so ever, both of the Oxford couches we have purchased look fantastic and should only improve with age. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you are looking for a quality product.

Very nice furniture the materials used are top notch. We couldn't be happier with our furniture. You will be hit with a fee even if you are paying from the States. Saxon uses Chase Bank from the States.

We ordered a sofa that arrived on the expected date and It's even better than we expected. The finishing is great and the leather is very beautiful. The guys from the delivery company were also very kind as they help us putting the sofa inside our home on the 5th floor. Thank you, Pauline and Janette, for the efficiency and the kindness.

We ordered a Stanhope 4-seater in the brown antique finish site unseen and had it shipped to our home in New York City. The team at Timeless Chesterfields (especially Janette!) was there for us every step of the way to answer our questions and to help guide us in the decision making process. The sofa was packaged extremely well for its transatlantic voyage and the shipping company was highly communicative and professional. We are so happy with our new couch! It's absolutely perfect and we are already thinking it needs a chair to match.

Pauline from Chesterfields was marvelous. The Channel Island postal services was not great but this was not Chesterfields fault. However my settee is beautiful comfortable and is my pride and joy. Thank all the staff at Chesterfield for the craftsmanship of this wonderful settee.

The sofa is exactly what I expected or even more, but the customers service itself was superb. I dealt with Pauline and Janette, both of them very patient and supportive. The waiting time and delivery charges were fair. Contemplating which colour to choose for the second sofa :)

I am happy in Denmark I really had my doubts ordering furniture from abroad - so much I for now only have bought a sofa and no chairs. First of all I must say the staff have been really patient with all my questions before as well as after getting samples. And now here I am with my sofa and it is perhaps even better than I expected. Compared with the service and transportation I must say the prices are fair. It really feels like a high quality product. The only small issue was on the local delivery in my country where I had to sit a whole day and wait. But that is not to blame on Timeless Chesterfields. And I think it was worth the time. After realizing I couldn't find the sofa I wanted in the States I decided, with some trepidation, to order one online from Timeless Chesterfields. The ordering process was easy and pleasant. Leather swatches were shipped to me for approval. The sofa was ordered and shipment dates from the factory along with ship sail date and expected delivery date were provided. I was pleasantly surprised that all went exactly as planned and the sofa arrived safely but I was even more surprised at how beautiful and well constructed it was. Everything in this process exceeded my expectations.

Perfect sofas, perfect delivery, my family like it so much. Though we have to wait for it for a few months.

Although the product guarantee is not available outside UK, I would recommend.
