My new chair and two-seater have transformed my lounge and I cannot remember when I has such good service from a company. They kept me informed at all times, and although they told me about "extras" they were not at all pushy. Above all else the quality of workmanship, and pleasant manner of all staff I dealt with made this purchase one I wish I'd made years ago!

I needed an armchair that would avoid slouching as I have a bad back and also have a long back. I chose this one because it had more rows of buttons on the back and I assumed that the back would be longer than some armchairs. It was a slightly risky assumption but correct as it turned out. It would be helpful to future buyers if this extra length were pointed out. The only measurements given are the overall dimensions which don't help. Although ensuring that I sit upright, the chair is very comfortable. The buying process was easy. There were no surprises along the way. Just what you want

I am really pleased with my chair and the service that I was given. I was regularly contacted to check that the order was right. When the delivery came, the delivery men were careful with bringing it in, and made sure that they knew where it was going before it came in. I would have liked to 'test-drive' one before I ordered it but that would have meant either going up to Bolton or having one delivered, which all seemed to be too much bother. Had I done that, I am sure I would have bought it anyway. Perhaps if they would like to expand their operations they could consider having a small number of stockists around the country that would help in this way.

From the initial contact I felt I was dealing with people who really cared that I got the right suite for me at a price I could afford. They told me from the beginning how long it would take for the craftsmen to complete my order. They maintained contact until the actual delivery. This was made by 2 very polite, obliging men who are a credit to your company as are all the staff who made telephone contact. My husband and I are delighted at the standard of your craftsmanship and know we are in possession of furniture that will be with us for the rest of our lives. I have already recommended your company and will continue to do so.

The web site was easy to use, allowing me to chose the excact style, colour and leather we wanted, after recieving plenty of swatches we chose. The sofa was delivered in time and was even better than we thought. It's gorgeous, well made and fits in with our excisting furniture. Perfect. We are saving up to replace the rest now.

This is the second set of settees we have bought from Timeless / Saxon. The previous set, we had for 12 years and are still going strong, have been handed on to family. Our new Chesterfields settees are of the same superb standard. Saxon consistently make a product of the highest quality at a very reasonable and fair price. I recommend them whenever I can and have plans to buy more furniture from them in the coming year. I like the fact that I can order on line and that what I receive is worth the wait (6 weeks exactly as promised). Exceptional product, exceptional service. I was really really impressed with the quality of this sofa! It is absolutely beautiful and very well made. You never really know what you're going to get when you order items online but we were pleasantly surprised with our sofa and love it! my georgian leather wingback chair from timeless is my favourite possession. it looks and SMELLS fantastic but the price i paid for it was the lowest compared to prices advertised by just about everybody else. great advice from staff which allowed me to pick what was best for me from the huge variety of options available. bespoke furniture at this price and quality?! i am a happy, (and now with my chair) a very relaxed and de-stressed man. thank you so much!

Dear Brother James, Well you were right as usual with your recommendation for us to take a 450 mile round trip drive to Bolton and check out SAXON FURNITURE. Always good to come back to friendly, warm and honest Northeners ! Service was first rate, even got to take a trip round the factory to see their team of people busily filling orders. No high pressure selling just very helpful (when asked) and nothing too much trouble. Amazing how far and world wide they supply their suites to private and business clients, but no surprise when you see the quality. Delivery was spot on time and since we have had the suite lots of complimentary remarks. Look forward to your next visit and I will even let you sit in my chair !

The leather samples arrived quickly and after making our decision on which leather and which feet, our order went through quickly and the shipping to Germany was faster than we thought. Our Hampton sofa in Old English Tan is beautiful!
