The whole experience has been amazing, life changing in fact. I had 10 teeth taken out and 11 implants fitted on the first visit, I went home with really good temporary teeth which felt and looked like the real deal. I've now got my permanent teeth, and they look phenomenal. I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Nanodent, especially Sait. I stayed at the Hotel Megasaray which is incredible. I highly recommend. 5 stars.

My experience with Nanodent was exceptional the staff were very helpful and made me feel as if I was part of a family if I start naming separately I would need several pages the dentist Ertan and his assistant Ozlem and the coordinator Naz .the transport was first class and the accommodation was 5 star I would recommend Nanodent to anyone.

This review is first part following initial 5 day visit for extractions/ implants and I will follow this with a second one. Really good comms with Maria over WhatsApp and on the phone (their sales lady) and she got me good timely answers from the doctors- to the questions I raised prior to making the trip. Picked up from the airport in a comfy Mercedes bus (and was picked up/ dropped off at the hotel/ clinic always promptly). Hotel was really nice and very clean. Turkish people in general and the the clinic/ hotel people in particular are very hospitable and nice. Don’t let yourself be fooled on the internet- a full mouth extraction/ implant (all on 4/6) is a very invasive process requiring time to heal… and I believe the doctors at Nanodent have made the right choices of treatment for me with best intentions for my long-term welfare (for example- they didn’t attach the temporary teeth but gave me removable temps to allow time for the sore to heal and recommended sinus lift x 2 on upper front plus bone grafts for wisdom teeth). Nanodent we’re very welcoming at the clinic with a dedicated treatment coordinator (Berkay was assigned to me) for foreign patients who will ensure everything you ask is translated and referred to you with explanations. The reception staff (Derya and Naz) couldn’t be nicer and more understanding. The procedure as I’ve mentioned was difficult but the dentist must be very skilled as he competed (all extractions and 1st phase of placing implants along with sinus lift and bone graft) on 1st day. Then allowed time to heal before taking impressions, measuring and giving me the temp teeth on following visits. The dentist who took the impressions and gave me the temp teeth will also be doing the finals in 6 months; his English was excellent and he repeatedly emphasised I could ask him any questions and he would answer them all. If there were any tips- for me: I could have done some more research into the procedure (on hindsight- as I thought I’d done plenty) and the clinic could be even better regarded by explaining impending procedure in greater detail as well ( for example- listing out how the procedure will take place including elements such as drawing of blood for preparing post operative wound packing, type of temp teeth, etc.) but this is a suggestion rather than a complaint. Also pre-information of steps to guard against dry socket (after research I’ve realised that this could be a realistic post operative issue). All in all very happy and I hope this review can be seen as a balanced and honest representation of the experience and shows my high level of satisfaction at this stage. Update- Feb/ March 2024 I went back after the 6 months required (to ensure the extensive bone grafts had taken and strengthened) for a further 5 days to have my final implant dentures completed. I was a lot more comfortable now and enjoyed my stay at the lovely Antalya (as well as the comfortable Hotel Su that was arranged as part of the package). The finals looked amazing and I was very very pleased (a few Brit guests at the hotel also commented at how good they looked). The next morning when I opened my mouth to brush my teeth- I heard/ felt a sharp cracking sound in my lower jaw part of the implants and could feel a sharp line across the inside of my implant bridge (on front side). I panicked as I had a flight back that day and called the clinic. they reassured me and also arranged for an immediate pickup for a check. The dentist explained that the lower jaw is flexible and as a rare occurrence- with a hard implant bridge- the resulting stress may cause a crack. He did say that it was a hairline crack apparently on just the 'gum' portion of the implant and should be fine for me to travel... and that I should just let them know if there were any issues. I had a lot of faith with this dentist as I've stated before- he was very upfront and matter of fact and knowledgable. Long story short- I returned to England but over the next few weeks felt the hairline crack was feeling more prominent to my tongue and I wasn't satisfied. I arranged to make another trip to Antalya and once more was looked after by the Nanodent team. The dentist checked over the lower jaw implant and agreed that it seemed to have cracked and said they would replace it. This was done over the next couple of days and this time no issues. The purpose of this honest review is to highlight that no two cases are the same and complications- however rare- can occur... so it is very important to pick the right dentist/ dental hospital. The Nanodent team were excellent and the dentist (Dr Kagan Khan) is absolutely 1st class. They even payed for my hotel/ flights/ transfers for this follow up rectification. I would recommend Nanodent to anyone!

Hi everyone just want to say i have been to a few dentist in my time and nothing compares to nanodent. Everyone at nanodent are such a great professional team, you will feel like royalty the moment you get off the plane. They put you at ease from start to finish. There drivers even go that extra mile for you to help you. Everybody at the hotel su are so friendly and very tidy team. I will recommend nanodent to any1 I know. Also I will use hotel su again. If you want to have a crooked smile and do not have ideal dental occlusion,Nanodent will help you with this.I also have an extra...different length of teeth.It makes my smile irresistible.The strange curvature of the upper teeth even changes my physiognomy.Only the back teeth make contact,but according to a competent lady,this is one hundred percent safe and secure for me.No comment. And now seriously.Here are some facts from my experience that you should know about Nanodent. 1.On their website it says that the final payment is made after the last consultation with a dentist.A lie!They want to pay in advance. 2.Many documents are signed before each visit.Among them is the Patient Consent form for final cementation of crowns.This is cheating to me. 3.They do not guarantee the material of the crowns.This was important to me,but I had missed it.I was misled by the information on their website that they work with German zirconium.On my first visit,I was told that the zirconia was Belgian.On my second visit,it was Swiss.One of the coordinators told me that it was German and they would give me a certificate.Of course they didn't give me anything. 4.On the last payment.they had withdrawn more money from the card. 5.When they make an offer to new patients(clients) they are very fast and responsive.When they take your money ,they suddenly become very busy. This is my experience with Nanodent in a nutshell.I'm done with Nanodent. I've been trying to get along for a few months,but...I leave everything in the hands of the lawyers. I understand that you have to answer something,but you lie very brazenly.I will refute your lies elsewhere. From your answer,it was clear that despite the unsatisfactory result,you let the client go in the hope that he will not notice at the moment and will not look for you later.There is some logic because few of us will judge you.In the long run,this is how you lose customers,but this is your business.

I came over from England as I couldn’t see a dentist and was in a lot of pain. All of the staff at nanodent are amazing and very professional. I really can’t thank them enough. The hotel is just fantastic also. Everyone has been so welcoming and really make you feel comfortable and relaxed especially Gabriel, Ali and Dr Erton. I done a lot of research into different clinics and decided to go with nano dental I had my teeth shaved and zirconium crowns absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish can not fault the clinic or staff in any way would 100% recommend this clinic So happy with the finished product

Well where do I start after a lot of researching dentists in Turkey I made my decision to go with Nanodent, to be fair I did not know what to expect, we came to the conclusion that I needed all on six implants top and lower jaw which I was given a price for. We finalized a date and off I went, very nervous on my own. When I landed in Antalya as promised my vip transport was waiting and took me direct to Nanodent hospital where I was met and made to feel so welcome after a long flight. As soon I seen the place and met staff I knew I was in safe hands and could relax, I had my first lot of treatment (pain free) the hotel is top notch and very helpful staff. Then home I came for three months where I still had no problems. When I returned in June for second visit the welcome was just like first time so professional I would just like to thank all the staff that were involved and helped me get my smile back and regain my confidence. I would also like to thank all the other patients who were in the same boat as me for making my experience a pleasure thank you all.
