From the moment I stepped off the plane , the whole experience was first class and ran like clockwork. The Clinic and staff are excellent and make you feel at ease straight away. The procedure was completely pain free and carried out with the utmost professionalism with emphasis on hygiene. The hotel is excellent along with all the staff, very friendly, no need to hideaway here as you will meet many people having different procedures. Thanks to all the drivers who get you to and from the clinic, all very curtious and friendly. Special thanks to Ruaa who I dealt with before travelling who put my mind at rest and answered any queries I had. Strangely enough, looking forward to going back in April for my finales.

Just returned home to Uk after visiting Nanodent the full experience from first contact with Maria made me put my trust in Nanodent. I flew to Antalya there was a transfer vehicle waiting at the door to take me to a fabulous hotel Hotel SU this is the type of fabulous place they put you up in first day walking in this state of the art clinic you just think Wow. Greeted by Berkey who is a great guy great English speaking. Then I met my dentist Dr Dilara to start treatment Dalara I can honestly say she is that good that when it was time for my temporary fitting nothing at all needed to be changed or altered they were perfect with my 24 Zirconium crowns Naz and Darin who are coordinators and translators who are with you all the time so you know everything that is happening. Each appointment your are contacted told time of pick up and after treatment dropped back of at hotel anyone looking for dental treatment I believe Nanodent to be the best in Turkey 🇹🇷

I've just come back from a week in Antalya and had 24 zirconium crowns fitted. I'm over the moon with them!! The whole experience from transfer to the airport from Kemal who is a fantastic person, to the amazing Hotel Su (breakfast is unreal). To Nanodent Centre and my dentist Dr Taha and his team who were absolutely meticulous in making sure my teeth were perfect. I would like to give a special mention to Berkay, from the moment I met him one day 1, he went above and beyond to make my time there a truly fantastic one. His English is better than most English people!! That's not a joke!! The care he showed and the communication to put me at ease was phenomenal. Thank you to all at Nanodent, I would recommend highly to anyone looking for a top class clinic in Turkey 🇹🇷

Nanodent is absolutely, incredible my time there was perfect from start to finish. As soon as I arrived I was picked in a luxury transfer car and was only ever in something luxurious everything’s me I was picked up or dropped off anywhere. The first night I wanted to get to the football match played locally Antalyaspor vs fenebache. I met one of the representatives at the clinic called Berkay he was incredible and sourced a ticket and personally took me to the match. The hotel I was put up was amazing, modern, clean and above my expectations the whole stay. The people at the clinic were to professional and welcoming and I always had someone that could speak good English and be an interpreter to the Turkish language. I had 22 crowns and I must say the job they’ve done is unreal and I love my new smile and if you’re lucky enough to have Taha and Ayse work in your smile then I know you’d be as happy as I was / am. They were young and very polite and professional and I can’t thank them enough. I was then even more spoilt by the team at Nanodent as if the hotel and great smile wasn’t enough…… the manager Denis had arranged a dinner party for me and some of the clients on the weekend to make us feel more apart of the Nanodent family. Honestly this package was incredible and so safe and quick. More brits should get out there and have the same experience because I’ve never been so looked after…… plus there was sun!!! In January!!! Would like to say what a an experience that was nervous co.ing out but shouldn't have worried picked up at the airport the hotel was great treatment top class. But a special mention to all the staff at nanodent yous are all amazing people it was a pleasure to meet yous all and I cant wipe the smile off my face cheers everyone at nanodent love yas

Very nice staff will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy the young dentist Taha is so good and professional he became a friend and Ali and his wife made you fill really welcome even welcome us back in summer with the kids the lady Naz was so helpful also u really couldn’t fault this place even the hotel they put you up in is 5* will highly recommend coming here

From start to finish my experience has been top class, from the transfers to the hotel and dentist to the treatmeant itself, everything was perfect and im very pleased with the results. The staff at nanodent were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much too ask, berkay even managed to get me a ticket for the antalyaspor match!

I really can recommend nanodent enough. They made things so easy and all there work was to the up most quality. All the staff are so friendly and you are made to feel so welcome. My dentist was burcu and she was amazing all the work she has done is brilliant and always smiling. The whole experience has been 5 star . The hotel was amazing and the people so friendly. If you're thinking about coming to Turkey for dental work then the i really can recommend Nanodent.

Detrimental to anyone this place. Not sure we’re to start, our whole family have been going to turkey for years and used one great dentist but a couple of nieces and cousins have had terrible experiences for that I intend to expose all bad services and the reasons why . First off upon arrival all smiles, took X-ray they wanted money upfront, agreed price gbp then discrepancy as they took more and blamed it on the exchange rate. As exiting the X-ray room ambulance had turned up for a patient blue lights was told it was a mistake. Now after going through what we have I believe it to be true. They , promised to refund flights and they have not as part of contractual agreement. They were asked for copy of the X-ray which they have refused to forward since. Awful experience there with one dentist left in tears,uneven teeth and numerous infections contacted numerous times ignored, rang, asked for refund on flights and explained they had been overcharged. Then returned to England in in pain the whole time and told it would be fine and keen they got positive reviews. Which I was asked to upload as they couldn’t as the review was flagged. Long story short this place took money, left with infections, in agony and thankfully had the sense to record the call and this one man claiming to be boss/ owner shouted and over spoke not acknowledging the health concerns or aesthetics of the bad job. Back in England don’t want to know, seen all the missed calls, heard the recorded call and want everyone to know these are con artists. Worst dentist in the world. X-rays and hospitalisation on return to England placed on a Drip. They are deleting any negative reviews and have basically terrorised my family member. Now had to hire Turkish lawyers and invoke ministry of health. Whole lot have to be removed and re done! Infections and health is priority and getting her better but I will ensure this is out there to warn everyone. Response to reply/ from the victim Outlandish lie, you have copies of my X-ray with infections from my English dentist which was forwarded. Full dialogue is retained along with the abusive call after ignoring me for weeks, from a person who I never met named Deniz, recorded the call and you only agreed weeks later the crowns were uneven and a mess ( not fit for purpose) after I made numerous formal complaints. Ministry of health was contacted, you were informed straight away. Crowns are different heights, no spacing in between teeth unable to floss. Left needing root canals and corrective dentistry. Was left in dire pain and had to seek urgent medical care upon my return. Was placed on two courses of anti biotic’s . You have copies of the X-ray if you care to check as the patient coordinator ignored all messages asking for help. I know how completely dishonest you clearly are. Deniz promised on ‘the recorded call’ for someone who spoke clear English to return the call which no one did. I sent all information X-rays which you have a copy of and full chat log to trustpilot as you attempted to have this review removed. Please stop lying, you have not refunded the flights. You expected me to fly back to your practice after I raised the complaint and sought legal advice and as for no issues outrageous ! I left your practice in tears. And requested another dentist. The lies and blatant disregard for the pain and suffering is inexcusable and money needed to replace the crowns is unforgivable , you have copies of X-ray and infections check instagram log and stop lying. You changed the dentist after I fled in tears. Why would I pay for flights and take more time off work to return after the botched job, I didn’t realise how this could affect my health and time off work and cost this would entail . I am even more infuriated at your response. I requested copies of X-rays you took as my English dentist said I clearly had infections you did not send them or refund flights as per contractual agreement. Unlike your practice I have no reason to lie, I have a record of my dental appointments to correct the damage and all medication upon my return. Utter disgraceful behaviour’ customer advised of pain was told to take more painkillers. Left bed ridden for weeks and in tears. Anyone looking at the reviews can see they are from fake accounts just make a single review. Beware they even threatened with legal action, utter jokes I told them to contact my Uncles practice, not refunded flights or costs. Can’t wait for the legal departments involvements. Worst place! Google review showing last correspondent with exact picture they use bridges not singular crowns causing bacteria and infections non of the crowns actually fit. They are a disgrace worst dentist and all these people coerced into writing a review is terrifying they beg and plead for you to sign without seeing the finished product.

Arrived on Sunday, 27/11/22, transferred via posh van from airport to Hotel. Messages continued b/w me, deniz & Alex to reassure me. Monday, 28/11 is the first treatment day (the busiest) but prior to this, I had to read and sign consent and other documents and settle 60% of the cost, It went smoothly. First step- xray of my mouth Second-(treatment room 1) assessment of my teeth & explanation of what they're going to do depending on your dental concerns and what treatment you need/want. The "procedure" was just over 2 hours. I won't tell you as it can affect you emotionally. Dilara, the dentist was very thorough. I think she is perfectionist or someone who's got OCD. Her assistant Esra was equally good. These two worked perfectly well. I can feel their dedication to their jobs. Third- (treatment room 2) Dental implant preparation done (teeth extraction if needed). In my case, I had several anaesthesia injections. Dr. Ali and his staff were so good. They made me feel relaxed (as I was nervous). They don't want me to feel any pain hence lots of injections to numb me (& keep me quiet). Alex was always there who was our translator, manager, friend..etc who's good with his job. All the staff are polite & friendly despite language barrier. Before leaving the clinic, I was given antibiotics & pain relief. The clinic is like a 5 star hotel. The post treatment room where you can relax & wait for anaesthesia to wear off, is very clean. Deniz, who was my first contact was also good giving me lots of information I needed. He's also brilliant with his job. Naz, the coordinator was very nice too. She is a good translator like Alex & Deniz. She is so reassuring and even gave me tips where to go such as the "old town" & a nice restaurant. Out of 7 clinics, Nanodent's Deniz was the only one who contacted me via phone call (WhatsApp call from Turkey to UK). The van drivers are also nice and polite. I couldn't thanked nanodent's staff enough. Tuesday today- impressions/fitting for zirconium was done as well as choosing the colour I want. I didn't choose the brightest as I'm tan & it won't look good on me. My next appointment is on Friday Dec.2 Take lots of Paracetamol tablets and bonjela with you as they're perfect for pain, post treatment. The hotel provided is nice and they have what you need. Nanodent looks after their clients really well. I'm happy I've made this decision to choose them.

I feel very happy ,the staff is always caring and helpful.Me and my husband had the treatment in Nanodent and we are really happy with everything.I’m looking forward to my second visit.I recommend everyone.

What a great experience I had . They are treating you so nicely .From the minute you arrive to the clinic you feel that you are in good hands !! The clinic is so so clean. The staff are very professionals and they will make sure you are satisfied in any stage. Every person I met there was lovely and friendly. They were contacting me during the week to ask if all OK and make sure the process is going smoothly. I can't stop smile since I left the clinic yesterday. Just smiling with no reason:) Got the first feedback in the airport on my way back home ,someone asked me how do I keep my theeth so clean ? 🤣🤣 so the answer is Nanodent !!!My theeh looks so natural!! This is a very good clinic, staff is professional and polite, design and atmosphere is lovely. Translation is available so I had no problems with contact and explanation. Also, taxi service is available for free. I have done vinirs in clinic so my teeth are perfect and white now. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Thanks a lot!!!

I would highly recommend Nanodent for all kinds of dental treatments, I am currently half way through my treatment for full dental implants and I cannot thank the dentist enough. All treatment is explained throughly and I opted for additional treatment (2 extra implants) once at the dentist this was my choice I wasn’t pressured in any kind of way to do this. I was terrified of the dentist back home which is why my teeth were as bad as they were, so this was a massive issue for me especially travelling from the UK to Turkey and also a part of Turkey I had never been before. Prior to me leaving the UK I was in talks with the dentist, you are assigned a guide to help with translation and one of my guides Marie has so much patience and understanding as they were several mishaps before my arrival! The treatment began the day after my arrival (due to a late night arrival) and I was having all of my own teeth extracted and the implants putting in I was absolutely terrified alone, shaking from head to foot! However my guide Marie and other guide Alex were with me every step of the way reassuring me and just being there! Everything was pain free I didn’t feel a thing. I had several dental appointments that week for various different things, cleaning, impression taking, wax impressions before the fitting of the temporary teeth and then 1 final check the following day to ensure everything was okay before flying home. I was in Antalya for 7 days and although they are a lot of appointments, I still got time to explore. I cannot wait to return in 3 months for my new permanent teeth and not only that but also to see everyone. Everyone in the dentist knows you (too many to mention) and to me it’s such a good feeling and makes the experience so much more worth while. From me shaking on the first day to me walking freely into a dentist on my own not terrified anymore is such a big thing for me. Nanodent has changed my life forever and I cannot thank them all enough (Marie and Alex will know that I’m crying writing this, haha) See you all the end of January :-)
