Excellent service however I wish the flowers had a nice smell. Other than that everything was great.

The delivery person arrived at the house saying he has flowers for "Sophia". There is no one in our household with that name. i did not want to accept the delivery as supposedly it was for "Sophia". The delivery guy went back to van and 15 minutes later had someone on the phone who said she was the manager and her name was Sophia. The delivery guy made a mistake. In addition, the "card" only said "Happy Anniversary". Perhaps if there was a name even a last name then I could have received the flowers. This fiasco took the joy out of receiving the beautiful arrangement my husband got for me for our 26 year anniversary. Thanh Dillon
