The staff was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable as far as guiding me through the payment system so I was very pleased. I’m very happy with their service.

The flowers are always spectacular and Expensive but you get quality Reason for my score: I was in Europe And wanted to send flowers to my wife. I ordered a very expensive option and added a vase. I called To Make sure they got the address right as it is on a “CT”. Not a “st”. The owner was exceptionally rude to me. Flowers were delivered without the vase

Order the Ciel Bleu - premium garden roses, hydrangea, and wanted to add butterflies the store did not had any butterflies but I spoke to the owner, she was very nice and although they did not had any butterflies she went and got them for me, and add them to the flower arrangement at no extra cost really appreciate it. Will continue to order form here, best quality of roses and best customer service.
