Would have been worth the money if quality of flowers was better. My arrangement was pretty but not worth the price. A few of the flowers had scratches on them and appeared to be slightly wilted on the tips on some of the roses. Additionally, the box was slightly damaged. The message was also written incorrectly. The only good thing about this place is that they are communicative and will have the flowers on time or early.

Gorgeous flowers were delivered to my daughter for her birthday! Ordering online from a photo can be “iffy”, however these exceeded my expectation!

I'm really not happy for several reasons. 1- The color of the paper that I chose for the flowers was not the one that I received. 2 - The flowers arrived dehydrated and some were broken. 3 - The shipment arrived at 5.53 pm. Really a bad experience.I have the pictures

Placed same day delivery 830am. It’s 6pm and the flowers didn’t arrived yet. It’s not safe neither nice to get a delivery at the end of the day. I’m disappointed

When you are sending flowers to a loved one from afar, sometimes it's hit or miss on what is actually delivered compared to the online picture your ordered. With Maison La Fleur, the actual delivery is more beautiful than what you ordered! They exceed your expectations and that of your recipient! I was able to be present during the last arrangement I sent to my godmother because I was visiting her for her birthday. When the arrangement arrived, I was overwhelmed by its beauty and she was so surprised and overjoyed. The flowers create an experience to remember!

This review is based on an arrangement that I ordered for my best friend's father's funeral last week. I called this company to see if they could deliver to the funeral parlor an arrangement in a vase, that she could take home with her after. The total was $398 so it was by no means inexpensive. They worked with me on the right arrangement based on the flowers that they had. I ordered the Chantilly lace arrangement with peonies. When I got to the funeral home and looked for the arrangement, I couldn't see it because I overlooked it based on how small it actually was in comparison to the picture. A lot of the flowers didn't look fresh and it looked like they literally stuck the bouquet in a vase and called it a day. And this is after I stressed the importance of it. I texted them pics of the arrangement and a screen shot of what it was supposed to look like and they responded back, asking me what would make me feel satisfied. This was last Sunday evening. I responded that they could send an arrangement to her house (which was the intention)... I'm still waiting for a response from them. It's been 6 days. I texted back 2x more throughout the week and STILL no response. I called today and the woman I spoke to, said, "first of all, we don't deliver arrangements in vases." Interesting way to start the conversation when I specifically called them PRIOR to ordering and they said it was not a problem. I gave them plenty of opportunities to make it right. They DID NOT. And to add insult to injury, I told my best friend they were going to make it right and here we are, one week later and NOTHING. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. Stupid on their end because this was a group gift from potential customers that were shocked at how shoddy it was and will never buy from them. Taking it up with Amex now... so disappointing. WOW!! What is even more disappointing is that they took the time to respond to my review, but never to respond to my call or the texts I sent them AFTER they offered to make it right. I think anyone that sees the pics I posted v the pic of what we should’ve gotten, from their website, can make up their own minds. There was a mix up in delivery it came to my house instead of where it was suppose to go (completely my fault) but the driver called the office and delivered it to the correct house, phew. Such a nice man, thank you.the arrangement was stunning worth every penny.
