My order consisted of 3 products and all were delivered during the predicted time windows. However, they were not delivered as one batch - they arrived in two cardboard cylinders from separate delivery services. The items I ordered were not as described on the website, however a refund was given with no fuss and was recieved within a couple of days.

Website keeps freezing, unable to check my orders as it just times out, also returned something over 2 weeks ago and still not credited. Order codes on website are confusing
