Ordered by 3pm for same day despatch. I emailed to check they had despatched as I hadn't heard anything, but no, they didn't despatch and they didn't despatch the next day either! When I emailed to check they said the delay was due to Christmas orders (!) and then later said the part was out of stock. Really disappointing service when you promise same day despatch.

I have shower glass that is 4.6 mm thick, and the online bot suggested i use an 8mm seal but it drops off when opening the door way from the bath for cleaning.
