The roller wheels on my shower enclosure door failed, meaning I could no longer use the shower. An internet search for replacement parts brought up Shower Seal Ltd and I was able to order from them. Service was brisk and I soon had the replacement parts so I could get my shower back in action; excellent service all round.

Got advice about which seal to get for a shower screen giving full measurements - even querying the depth for the bottom of the seal, when one was suggested. It doesn't fit however, as the depth is too much and is beyond the top of the bath. That wouldn't be a problem if I could send it back without paying for post and packaging - I don't mind a minor cost, but because it is too big for Royal Mail delivery the cost of return was going to be as much as the item was in the first place. (Even though Shower Seal clearly have a contract with Royal Mail, as they send it through them.

Really struggling to know what shower rollers that were the correct ones for our shower but their website explained everything including dimensions and how to spot the difference between two very similar types. I would have really struggled but for their website. Once ordered the parts were delivered when they were supposed to be delivered so we're on time and we're put in the place where I requested (as we were not at home). Guess what? They were the correct rollers (bonus). Fitted brilliantly and were a top standard and were a reasonable price! Thanks shower seal from a very satisfied customer.

Wasn't explained well that there curved seals don't fit a p shaped bath screen.

I ordered the shower seal on the 2nd January 2025. It is now the 23rd January and still no sign. I have e-mailed twice asking when can I expect it and was told they would get in touch with the warehouse. I'm still waiting!!
