Really glad I used Shower seal. Needed a very niche sized set of roller shower wheels and the staff couldn't do enough. I sent my image and dimensions to them and they sent me the closest possible match to try. Thankfully they worked and the price was a FRACTION of some other sites that wanted £40 per wheel!!! Excellent product quality with a very wide range of different fitting types available. I have used their products previously and they continue to impress.

I had trouble completing the online order. I had chosen the PayPal option but the system wouldnt let me complete the order. The online help Bots were no help and when I eventually go through on the telephone the person from your end snapped at me the item was out of stock, which was not true. I believe this was because I complained on the experience I had gone through trying to complete online. I decided to give things one more go and this time chose the credit card payment. This time I was able to complete the order. Once tI had managed to complete the order things progressed smoothly from that point.

I bought eight shower door runners from this company. They arrived within two days and were perfect for my needs. The only grievance I have is that I should have searched a little bit longer as I would have got them for half the price I paid. I'll know next time.
