Very easy to use this platform for buying Bitcoin. Having tried a couple of others, but I feel Solidi is more trustworthy, likely because it is FCA approved, UK based and a Cambridge Uni start up. I am trying to dip my toe in the waters of cryptocurrency and didn’t want to be scammed. All transactions so far between bank and Solidi, then onwards purchasing have been quick and reliable.

Have used for Solidi since 2017/2018 for selling bitcoins. Really like the simplicity, speed and usability of the website. Have only needed to use customer service once and found them to be prompt and helpful. After a while not using the website was really pleased to come back and see Ethereum and Litecoin added. HI The website is esy to use but i have sent my verification documents 3 times but had NO respose from solidi my account hasent been upgraded to purchase and trade larger amounts NO Good several emails sent no reply Telephoned the telephone number dosent work that is on the website cant recomend being limited to £12 Update 29 /12/20 Had received email from Jamie who contacted me after some problems and errors uploading id Video my account has been verified Finely but it shouldnt have taken this long I never received emails from solidi?
