Solidi is really only good for people that don't know about Localbitcoins which always seems to be about 3% cheaper, with far fewer hoops to jump through in order to trade. Perhaps one day in the past Solidi was competitive.

They are almost always the cheapest place to buy Bitcoin when searching on Bittybot. Buying bitcoin here is instanteous. I have made several purchases from Solidi so far and have had no problems whatsoever. Transferring bitcoin in and out Solidi is also quick and easy. Highly Recommended. I will definitely continue to use them.

Their BTC prices are always among the cheapest, so that's a good start. I had a minor problem when I first used them, so had to e-mail customer service. While at it, I also enquired about a feature that would improve the site. Their response was swift, efficient, friendly and incredibly professional with straight to the point communication all the way. They found and solved my problem within minutes, then the next day I got an e-mail letting me know that they just added the feature I suggested. (Ok, they told me before that it was almost ready, but still...) I can't wait to be verified, because I'll definitely use them again! Perfect great service been buying for around just over 2 months now good extremely fast service. Reasonable n cheap bitcoins compared to other exchanges. Yesterday I made a mistake I sent wrong reference number when making payment, I was really stressed but support sorted my matter out within 12 hours I got my bitcoins and it was weekend. Been waiting for four days now and still not verified. I made a transaction and uploaded relevant documentation on the 13th sept. Still waiting with no indication as to when I will be verified. It is supposed to happen between 24-48 hrs........ Update...Had a reply today from Solidi support saying they will prioritise my verification......

Being new to cryptocurrencies, it is a steep learning curve, this is the first company I have bought BTC from. I am still waiting to hear from a well-known company regarding approval to buy, over 3 weeks now, that is a long time in this marketplace. Solidi, approved my account with the same details in less than 2 days, first purchase made immediately to test the water. That went through immediately and I transferred the coin to my wallet with ease. Since made four larger purchases of which three went through straight away, one had an issue which was resolved with a telephone call (yes you can speak to someone!). So it has been great when no problems and good customer service when there was an issue. I would recommend to anyone in the UK, it's peer to peer payment so no problems with UK banks declining payment to exchanges. The BTC price has been OK, on a par with somewhere like Bitbargain.

Buying Bitcoins from Solidi is fast, reliable and cheap and the customer service is effective and also very quick to respond. Transfers/ payments are typically detected within a minute, making the purchase very quick (and cheap, since the transfer is to a UK account). After having an issue with an interrupted payment (my fault), the support team were able to respond quickly to an email and sort out the issue in under 10 minutes. Solidi also has some of the best rates, charging only 1% to convert GBP to BTC, and has an accurate exchange rate. Highly recommend!
