I didn't agree to being signed up. Thought the £5 discount was a one off payment method but once they have your card details they automatically charge you a membership fee. Be aware, be very aware.

I have never signed up to this. I don't even know what I have purchased for this to happen. Very poor as I didn't agree. Update. Phone call this morning and the issue has been resolved. Very good customer service. Refund on route.

I didn't agree to sign up to Moona - In fact I clearly declined as paying a monthly fee to then get an occasional discount is a con as I don't use the mentioned site nearly often enough to warrant it. I then receive an email claiming I have received a £5 discount thanks to Moona. The price I paid was the original price, nothing to do with the alleged discount. The claimed original price was simply what I paid plus £5. I would call this misleading at the very least, if not close to a fraudulent claim of a discount that was not applied or received.

Do not even think about the £5 discount! I have been charged twice on my card! I did not even realise how shady they are! Even if cancel your membership within the free period they will still charge you! TWO DAYS LATER................. However the issue has now been resolved by the customer service team how as actually really nice.
