United Kingdom | 03 September 2021Poor. I purchased an item using their service and the next thing I knew they’d charged me a £29.99 subscription. I didn’t ask for it, and don’t need it. I emailed asking for a refund and their reply was to assure me they won’t take any further subs from me. I have now gone back again asking for the £29.99 to be refunded and I await a reply. Be careful. A few days later......I have now had a reply from Moona via email and thought it a good idea to update this review. The point remains that they did take a subscription from my card that I was not aware they were going to do, however they have now rectified this issue and refunded me all amounts taken. I have also spoken to a friendly lady who was super keen to get everything sorted for me, so credit where it is due. I cannot really give an objective view of their service as I didn't use it, but can say that their approach towards customer service was decent enough, and I praise them for that. On this basis I have changed my review from 1 star to 3.
