Like so many others I have been paying 29.99 for months without being notified of any agreement between Moona and myself, and can’t even remember any benefit. Very disappointing, and there’s something suspect about the total contrast between Excellent ratings and all the others, plus the exact same responses to negative ratings.

What a rip off!!!!!! You have to buy a load of stuff before you make any benefits. Do not sign up - it is a scam!

Hi I am the same as s previous review.never used Moona and they are taking £29.99 from my bank account.i am distressed as I don't know how they got my bank details .I believe this to be fraudulent and have reported to my bank.

Moona is a great stripe extension that I have tried and refers others to use many time and is very easy and cool to use. I can recommend a friend to use to extension on stripe. Kuddos, 5 star for you Moona

There is a high monthly charge (£30) which is not made at all clear in the promotional material. For one purchase in November (a Moona click box gave me a £5 discount), I ended up paying over £200 in monthly charges for a service I never again used. Yes I should have checked the paperwork better, but like many of you, we lead busy lives.

I am furious with this service. They have been taking money out of my account since November of 2021 without my consent and are refusing to refund me my full amount. I have never used their services and have not received a single email from them. Once calling and explaining my confusion and concerns I was told it was my own fault. When trying to cancel "my membership" non of my details were even recognised as an account! I am a student trying to support and live by myself so the total of £209.93 that has been taken out of my bank account would have been useful for living.

I noticed that I have been debited for the last 3 months by Moona, not know what this was for I had to back track and work this out. When I realised it was for a subscription, for £29.99 a month, this did not make sense. After seeing the reviews on trust Pilot I realised that I had been scammed like many others. I bought a pair of shoes from Tower London and was offered a discount. And no where did it clearly state that I was signing up for a subscription for £29.00 a month, that is just ludicrous. I would like to be refunded asap, and am considering taking this further if it is not resolved in a timely manner.
