Bonjour, j’ai eu un problème avec l’achat de billets de concert, je n’avais pas reçu ceux-ci par mail et je ne les retrouvais plus. Je les ai donc contactés et en moins de deux heures le problème était résolu. Maria a réglé mon problème très professionnellement! Merci.

Não estava a encontrar os meus bilhetes para o evento do presente dia, sabia que tinha efetuado o pagamento e visto o email com o respetivo ticket, entretanto no dia de hoje fui verificar e não encontrei. Questo è il peggior sito dove tu possa comprare i biglietti. Trasparenza zero e politiche di vendita abominevoli! Compri un biglietto e accedendo alla tua area personale non sai cosa hai in mano e a che cosa hai diritto. Mi ritrovo con un biglietto col mio nome e cognome stampato sopra e devo rivenderlo da sola tra privati quando io ho comprato su una piattaforma autorizzata. Servizio clienti pessimo e maleducato. Se avete alternative evitate Xceed come la morte. P.S. Non date retta alle finte risposte che trovate ai commenti per ripulirsi, in ogni caso non vi aiuteranno.

Tras un problema en la página del espectáculo, no daba opción a descargar las entradas. En contacto con ellos, me lo solucionaron y me las enviaron a mi correo.

We bought tickets for an event that was cancelled to days before because of weather circumstances. According to the organizer, Xceed should coordinate the refund the tickets. I claimed my refund via instagram of the organizer in the moment the event was canceled. However Xceed just sent a email announcing that the process of refund will start soon, but nothing ever reached me after that email. They have not responded in over 3 months as they obviously don't want to refund and are now stating that they sent an email with a deadline. This deadline for refund expired last week. Despite the fact that putting up a deadline for refunds is impossible according to EU consumer protection, how should I react to a deadline I never knew of? Still hope to see my money back, as the team is really not cooperating. Update: we both got our money back! Has been complicated…

Esta pagina recolecta tu dinero pero si el concierto/evento no se lleva a cabo por la razón que sea, Xceed en su contrato comenta que no se hace responsable del dinero que has pagado por ella. Si el gestor del evento no desea devolver el dinero, xceed no puede hacer nada al respecto, con lo que te devuelven su comisión. En resumen, a Xceed no te va a responder por el dinero que gastes en tus entradas, ellos son unos intermediarios sin responsabilidad alguna, si es una estafa da igual, en mi caso compre dos entradas para un festival en Marruecos el cual fue una estafa y por el cual recibí varios emails, en un principio decían que devolverían el dinero, pero pasado un tiempo te decían que contactaras con el gestor y que ellos no se hacían responsables de nada. Con lo cual no te aconsejo compres ninguna entrada en esta web, ya que puedes perder el dinero. Y mi pregunta: Xceed realmente hace alguna auditoria de quienes son los organizadores de los eventos? Me queda la duda

pessima esperienza, ci ho messo una vita per pagare perchè il sistema non mi riconosceva, l’evento è stato annullato e non abbiamo avuto nemmeno il rimborso di tutto. Oltre al danno la beffa.

Avendo sbagliato per mio errore una data prenotata mi è stato rimborsato con grande efficienza e precisione il ticket addirittura prima del tempo concordato; una cura nel gestire il cliente notevole E un grazie speciale a Bianca dello staff
