Fake description regarding the virus protection. Have received an email from them that they have failed the EU test regarding the protection of these crappy masks. You better off buying from Amazon you'll save a fortune..

I work in retail and I love these masks! Even before the pandemic I'd constantly get sick really easily but ever since I started using these masks around 3 years can't ago, I can't even remember the last time I got sick! I've come into close contact with covid positive coworkers and customers and haven't contracted it due to wearing my mask

Bought these masks for our transcontinental flights and tested them on a train journey across the UK. Much easier to breathe in than disposable versions, they are well fitted and comfortable and provide good filtering. Not to mention they keep your face toasty and warm in the winter!

Mask sizes were tiny and after opening only two out of 10 masks 1 of the two was faulty - I was told I could only get a return on unopened masks even if faulty - I have returned them and am two weeks later waiting for refund of 8 returned masks. My Masks were returned at my expense and once unopened masks were received by Cambridge masks they refunded me for the unopened masks.

Lovely selection of masks available to order and sizes to suit everyone. The website is easy to use and delivery is quick. I like the quality of the masks and, as an asthma sufferer, I feel safe wearing these masks to combat airborne viruses and pollution.

The mask is great as a mask but I wear glasses and have a hearing aid in each ear. Even with the headband it slips off my ears as the straps are too thick.

** Edit. Having been contacted by Cambridge Masks they were very helpful and replaced the mask quickly with one that fitted. Customer Care was very good. I have ordered lots of masks previously from here but this time the sizing seems to be different and the fit is a fair bit larger and no longer fits my face properly.

Excellent masks and superb customer service. They sent 5 Medium masks, but we had ordered 3 Medium and 2 Large. They asked me for a photo of the whole lot plus paperwork, then sent us the 2 missing Large masks, and said to keep the 2 Medium ones that had been sent in error.

The masks seem good, but we have not fully tested them yet. But the admin was dreadful, took 5 days to arrive by royal mail, meaning they were not posted on the day of order and I had a lot of trouble in getting an invoice. They do not send invoices automatically and I have to request one, which is dreadful considering they are charging vat and we need an invoice for our business accounts. It took a lot of phone calls to get the invoice. I thought they legal should have sent an invoice. Very poor admin. After the sale I then get spammed regularly.

Excellent forgot to put 2 4 1 on order & contacted me to still give me offer. I'm a lollipop lady with Asthma so mask is vital. Always excellent service. Thank you 😊

Website guidelines indicated which size mask to order which was useful. Offer was a two for one deal which was useful. Masks came very quickly. Fitted well, quite compfortable to wear for long periods. No problems.

Bad experience, with delivery options, although I ordered ordinary delivery and not express, i was charged a very big amount from DHL for EXPRS SERVICES (which I never ordered) .

I bought two of the Admiral PRO masks for my partner and I. They arrived quickly, we are both very happy with them so far, they are comfortable to wear. We both wear glasses and have not had any significant issues with fogging, unless I talk too much. My optician also complimented it for not fogging up during my eye test, unlike most people who opt to wear masks during the test.
