Thanks to the cambridge mask, i am able to go into stores, shops and not get triggered by the many everyday chemicals and perfumes which cause cause an immune response in my body. I can not thank the makers enough as these masks make my life so much easier. Before I found them, I was limited to my house and was not able to go out because everything was making me sick. I will also say that I find it very hard to buy new clothes because fabrics are always treated with some chemicals, yet the Cambridge masks are fine for me. Sometimes I do have to wash the new ones before wearing them as something might be on them, but for the most part they are good to go out of the box. In this world full of chemicals, these masks are a very rare find and I can't thank the creators enough !!! Also, the customer service is very good. one order I made had masks which were contaminated but they were quickly replaced with new ones. So top of the line customer service and product

United States | 16 June 2023I already had two plain color masks with valves, but wanted a flowery one without. The company offered a discount for signing up for emails, so I ordered. No discount. Later, the discount code arrived in my email. I contacted the company and they refunded the amount of the discount to my PayPal. They were true to their offer. Honest. PS, I bought the valved masks way before COVID, and they had to be shipped from England. Now the company has U.S. distribution, so my new mask arrived in just a few days! They work really well for wildfire smoke, which is why I bought my first two.

Price is reasonable for what it offers and it's a bargain when they have any kind of promotions. No complaints at all and customer service is top notch as well.

United Kingdom | 03 June 2023As a extreme hay fever suffer, I must say these are the best covering face I've used in my whole life! Last two weeks I've been in Germany where the hay fever season is in bloom, (pollen was floating around the whole day; the size of pollen was around 5-6 cm and it was falling constantly, a nonstop. It was like if it was snowing!). And I did not sneeze even once. Perhaps the earloops are not super comfy, but, the filter is the real thing. No doubts I'll buy them again.

United States | 01 June 2023EDIT: Cambridge Mask Co. is top notch in customer service. They have reached out to try and make this right. They have taken my design suggestions as feedback and offered to send masks from a different batch to see how they fit. I have upped my rating to a 5 star rating and will updated it again, IF necessary once my replacement masks arrive. My following details are still relevant to my experience though. I'm really not pleased with Cambridge Mask Co. I bought several masks in 2020. The transaction was easy, the masks are good quality and fit fairly well. Fast forward to 2023. I purchased additional masks and tried a smaller size because the size I'd previously ordered was just a tad too big. BEFORE ordering I inquired on the return/exchange process and was informed that I should only open one mask to see if it fit. If it didn't not, I could exchange all the masks I purchased except the one I tried on for an $8.00 cost to me. I specifically asked if the $8.00 is all I would have to pay out of pocket on my end for an exchange and was told "yes". Once the masks arrived, they did not fit and I was told I had to pay a fee for the one masks PLUS mail the masks back at my own expense. That is NOT what I was told when I asked. I messaged back and forth with a Cambridge Mask associate, but they didn't seem to grasp everything I was saying. Sometimes a phone call is much easier, but all these companies want to message and don't offer easy access to phone numbers! Finally they agreed to exchange the masks at the fee they had told me in the beginning. During this process they asked me to choose the patterns of the masks and so I did. Then when they received my return they were out of nearly all the patterns I had chosen. I'm unsure of why they wouldn't have pulled those masks and put them aside for the exchange, they knew by tracking the package that they were sent and on their way. Plus most companies actually send out the exchanged items at the same time the customer sends the returns in, with a disclosure that if they don't receive the returns you will be charged. Due to this lengthy process I actually wound up picking out mask patterns THREE times. This was inconvenient for me. Lastly, this last order and an order my spouse had recently placed comprised of masks that clearly were different than the ones we bought in 2020. The masks we bought in 2023 fit poorly, which is just not good when you need them to protect you from viruses. I liked the masks from 2020, even though mine didn't fit real well, it was safe, as no air left, it was just more uncomfortable than anything. The masks in 2023 droop more and I can feel the air leave my mask, even though I did eventually get the same size. I also find that the ear loops pull my ears forward, as they do a few other of our family members. The adjustments DO NOT over come this without leaving a gap that air can escape from. I think the adjustments need fine tuned and that they should consider making a few more sizes. People's faces are all very different and 3 sizes are not a lot of variety. I also think that the ear loop should have it's own adjustment to make them and only them longer or shorter, it would be pretty easy to do (I sew, so I have hand made items that are adjustable). I do believe after doing business with Cambridge Mask Co for 3 years, I am done. Sad to say that, but after the exchange hassle and the fact that the masks aren't a really great fit, it's best to move on.

United States | 09 May 2023These masks are great for protection against airborne disease and smoke. However, it's really frustrating to repeatedly see sales for masks that aren't actually available. This has happened to me multiple times. The ad shows a mask you want but when you click on it, it's sold out in all sizes (again - NOT a single occurrence but a frequent problem). Then this last time, two different masks that were listed as available in my size - but after ordering them, then I get an email saying sorry, wouldn't you like to order this other mask instead. Don't advertise masks that aren't actually available!

Australia | 10 April 2023Coming from the UK I was surprised how quickly they arrived.Very stylish & identifiable in a sea of masks!I find the adjustable toggles very helpful for a proper seal.I didn’t even need the nose foam to stop my glasses fogging as the mask fitted so well.I can wear this for hours whilst Nursing & still feel comfortable.

It was delivered promptly and when we tried it on we discovered it was too small. We contacted customer support and told them about the issue and within a few days it was replaced with the next size up, we just had to pay shipping for the new mask. I truly appreciate how accomadating and prompt they were, since we ordered this mask for my husband to wear at the hospital while I am giving birth!

Australia | 02 April 2023I had bought 2 Cambridge pro masks to help with my medical condition, hyperosmia, by reducing my exposure to scents. It does filter out scents, however it filtered out less than I expected, though that would most likely be attributed to it not being for that purpose completely. Surprisingly, although I suffer from asthma, I haven't noticed much difficulty breathing when wearing this, even during long periods of use. It fits considerably well to my face, is considerably comfortable and is very adjustable, it takes around 30 minutes to set up and adjust completely to your face if you know what you're doing. I have noticed that after periods of use for ~1 hour+, it will leave marks on my face from it digging in, these take approximately an hour to fade away. It can be difficult to wear with glasses or just in general if you have small ears, as the ear strap tends to pull your ears down a lot, even with the head strap, making it difficult to keep the arms of your glasses on your ears, otherwise you can put the arms behind the ear straps, though that will then make the arms be pushed into your head and will hurt after a while. On the other hand, I haven’t had any issues with my glasses fogging up, even without having to use the foam nosepiece that comes with it (which is used for if it does start fogging up your glasses). Other than this, I find that it goes quite well with anything I wear, and I do find the design of it quite aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately however, with it being so adjustable because of the strings along the sides being locked in by a cord slider lock, the excess parts of string, after the initial adjustment, are very visible and to hide them, either you have to put them into your mask, which would then break the air seal and ruin the intended purpose of the mask, or you have to tie them around the cord slider locks, which is very hard to do and unties itself intermittently, it would be good in in the future there is an improvement to this. Overall it is a considerably good mask, although I wouldn't recommend buying it without a sale being on. It can also get considerably expensive due to shipping for some countries, so please keep this in mind before buying. I'm honestly not sure why the shipping was so expensive for such a small package, as I could ship something that size to either of the shipping origins (UK & US) for easily half the price of what I paid for shipping. It also did not give the expected updates during shipping, and disappeared for about a week without any updates, twice, though this could be faulted to their shipping company (Jersey Post), however it did at least arrive within the expected time and considerably intact, with only slight damage.
