The Churchill mask was too hot for me and I ordered the wrong size anyway. Since they cannot be exchanged, the company kindly replaced it for free with a smaller size of the Basic, which is much more comfortable--it is lighter but still provides the same protection.

Mask is good,. Ear straps cause ears to stick out. Sorry,. Not this one I've got. I just tried by pulling ear loops and stitching snapped I can shorten loops but not extend the loops to max.

These masks are very comfortable and effective. I started buying them for myself and my family when we began to have annual wildfires and we’re forced to live with extremely unhealthy levels of air pollution. The difference breathing with and without the mask in this circumstance was dramatic. Then came COVID. While we are all vaccinated, we still mask in public, and none of us have contracted the disease. These masks are great.

Got a Dorian in medium along with an Admiral and a Churchill. This was my first Dorian (but definitely not my first Cambridge Pro) and I was excited to use it. To my disappointment, it was big. The size was off and it was certainly not a medium. Probably a large. Because of this, the mask could not make a proper seal on my face. I’ve been buying Cambridge masks since the start of the pandemic and I trust no other brand, but this recent purchase of the Dorian Pro was a disappointment. Update (29-June-2022): Cambridge Mask was quick to reach out to me after I had posted this review. They sent me a replacement mask, which was an Admiral Pro and shipped it as soon as I confirmed that I was ok with this style as opposed to the Dorian. I got to keep the Dorian Pro and gave it to my brother. I really appreciate the speed and the manner at which Cambridge Mask made this right for me. This is how customer service should be for all companies, especially for those who offer online shopping. It only shows that the company values customers and strives to keep their customers' faith and trust in their brand. Thank you, Cambridge Mask. I'm starting to look around your website for my next purchase.

I ordered a mask in a medium, it was too large so I was sent a small which was also loose and so finally sent an extra small-toddler size which was ridiculously small- definitely not a step down from the small and surprised I was sent it as an alternative. As they had tried to find and send me a size that fit me well, I was refused a refund despite not being able to use any of the masks I've been sent. I do appreciate that they tried and that they are both friendly and quick in responding to emails, but am disappointed that it was a fairly big risk to take with a single mask over £20 and to then be left with no mask that fits. I accept it's a tricky issue as from their perspective they did what they could, but from mine I paid for a mask and don't have one I can wear so not ideal. Also surprised that I couldn't find a mask that was even adjustable to fit well and snugly (especially as fit is important given its function) as I use (and re-use in non medical settings) an FFP3 disposable mask which fits me well.

Excellent product. The fit is second to none providing you follow their instructions for measuring up. It make all the difference to me, my specs no longer steam up when I wear a mask! Service was excellent too. The masks arrived much more quickly than I was expecting. Thank you.
