Repeat customer and very satisficed. Lost my previous mask, so I came back again. Sizes are a slightly large. However, the adjustment function allows one to tighten it up and get a great fit. The nose bridge foam liner allows a softer nose ride and helps prevent fogging of the glasses

I have ordered several of these masks now over the months, and they are a wonderful product - having COPD I feel so much safer when wearing one. They are comfortable and do not restrict breathing. Ordering was easy and delivery was very rapid indeed.

Really love the product - they look great and do the job. I did have some initial concerns over inconsistent sizing however after sending some feedback, the company went above and beyond to make sure that I had a mask that fitted correctly.

Brilliant masks but find the new ones do not fit as well as the other ones I have previously ordered in that the ear loops are too large so the mask doesn’t stay in place as well. I will try to attach a head band strap as company suggested. But the previous versions were all excellent and fit perfectly

Excellent service. This is the fourth mask I have had from the company. Very safe masks. The only comment I have is that the straps are far too thick behind the ears. I have on several occasions asked them to make the straps thinner, but they just do not do this unfortunately.

I did have quite a long wait for small non-valve masks to be back in stock, but they appeared eventually. Delivery prompt. Quality good. I do find the ear pieces are too thick, and as I have small ears, that's a bit awkward. How about doing some with thinner elastic?

The quality of the mask has changed and not for the better

A repeat purchase on account of COVID. Well worth the money - great product. Really don't see the point of the disposable masks when you could buy one of these. Strongly recommended.

These are ok masks, but the ear straps are too thick for people with small ears. They make mine fold over and hurt after a few hours wear. I’m also a fit between small and medium, and small is very small. I was less than pleased to have ordered two and then almost immediately was sent a bogof offer by email. A great way to p off a new customer. I won’t buy again.

My mask arrived with one ear loop over an inch longer than the other. Very disappointed it took 8 working days to receive a replacement mask - even though I had stressed at the time of emailing the problem on the Saturday I was due to fly on the Wednesday. Mask arrived while I was on holiday. Not the sort of customer care I would expect, why would it take so long to send a replacement? - a refund was never mentioned

i measured carefully even so the mask was too large, especially the straps. Unfortunately these are also very thick and therefore very uncomfortable behind my ears and pull them forwards to a point where the mask pulls off. Quality looked good and mask is a good design but I just found sizings to be off.

The excessive postage cost did not reflect the weight of the "Valve Protectors" that could have been sent out in a small envelope and a second class stamp! Regarding the Cambridge masks previously purchased, I wouldn't buy any other mask. I have worn them since they were launched, thoroughly recommend.

This is my 7th mask I have ordered from Cambridge. I think the masks from Cambridge are of the best quality and are some of the safest masks available.
