Having purchased the wrong size due to me not being able to view the "people" sizing I ordered the incorrect size. As we are both age pensioners I explained our situation to Cambridge Mask & they offered a very excellent solution which we were able to obtain the correct size a minimal cost. I have not had this type of service in a very long time Thank you

For the price of the masks I am very disappointed in the ear straps. They say that the ear straps are adjustable but very poorly so. The straps are thick and wide and if you adjust the toggles, it pulls in the tension on the chin but the ear straps then buckle up. The only other option to tighten the ear straps is the head strap which I wouldn't describe as an 'adjustable ear strap'. I would have preferred the ear straps to have been thinner with toggles of their own for adjusting. Despite my disappointment in the design of the ear straps, Cambridge Masks’ customer service has been very good.

First mask (Admiral, size L) was OK. Second one, supposedly the same size, is not a good fit, plenty of ambient air coming and getting out on the sides.

I have bought lots of the pro masks for myself and family over the past two years. They are superb and I cannot recommend them enough.

Wonderful company. I love their products and their customer service agents are great in assisting you in case there is an issue. My only problem is with the head strap. It was designed to make the ear loop more comfortable but it does slide and pull the mask down, making it very uncomfortable on the nose and the ears.

I am pleased with the quality and design of the Cambridge masks I bought for my husband and myself and confidant in their effectiveness but both of us have found the ear loops a little short, they pull our ears forward!

My order was easy to make and arrived quickly. The only draw back was the other colors I would have bought were sold out. I think that just shows even more how good these masks are...

I have no issues with the product - it is excellent and while I haven't tested it using the scientific method, I have manouvered situations where others have caught Covid and I haven't. The reason for 3 stars is due to the poor logistics which the company haven't figured out over a period of time. Especially when they have the 70% sale, the delivery is inevitably delayed due to increased demand (which is something they should know how to handle by now). This didn't happen once but thrice, so the two point deduction is warranted. Product: 5/5 Logistics and delivery: 1/5

Easy to order, timely delivery, great product. I have a neuromuscular disease that affects my breathing but these masks are the most comfortable I have found. Subtracted one star because they were sold out of the valve deactivator stickers when I ordered 4 masks and I was told that I could order them separately when in stock but i would have to pay the $20+ flat rate shipping even though they are literally stickers that should come via lettermail.
