No se escribir por aquí sirva de algo pero necesito plantear que me siento totalmente engañado por la página de jetcost.com y la agencia de viajes a la cual fue remitido llamada expertosenvuelos.com Publican una oferta con aerolíneas, fechas, horas y costo específicas y luego de pagar te dicen que no hay disponible, y que se debe pagar prácticamente el doble por hacer dicho cambio.. En mi opinión deberían verificar la disponibilidad antes de cobrar y decir el costo verdadero de dicho pasaje y la disponibilidad del mismo. Ahora debo esperar a ver que va pasar con mi dinero si me lo van a reintegrar o dar por perdido. Ya el sr Samuel Lopez qué debe ser el dueño de la empresa expertos en vuelos dejo muy claro y de forma además muy grosera que no me reintegrarian mi dinero. Apenas van dos días y de verdad me preocupa mucho que están cosas estén pasando y sucedan con total impunidad. Leo qué hay muchas personas en esta misma situación. Mi intención no es tener problemas, por el contrario acudo a sus servicios en búsqueda de soluciones y de verdad espero me devuelvan mi dinero ya que no deseo volver a tener una experiencia de servicio con ustedes.. Bueno la idea no es dañar ni desprestigiar a nadie.. Efectivamente no me cobraron nada porque no se emitieron pasajes, pero deben entender el susto y mal rato que pase después de haber dado los datos de mi tdc confirmando la Compra y te digan que esas no son las fechas disponibles y menos aún el precio.. Además del mal trato por parte de la agencia de viajes que prácticamente te dicen qué si no confirmas la nueva fecha se quedarán con el dinero a modo de crédito.. Cosa que me confirmaron era mentira. Pero que te digan eso Es realmente mal e innecesario.

United Kingdom | 12 August 2024Call centre scammers pcm travel aka the tripmakers aka the travelmakers they all use the same office in Hemel Hampstead I'm like many others that have been scammed by this company you book with them then they call you back to say the flight is no longer available and want more money it all seemed good at first . I received the e tickets from them and the airline . .but when I got to the airport I could not fly this company had not paid for the ticket I was forced to rebook with the airline direct for the next day at a much higher price than the original ticket price with only been one day booking I sent them 3 emails explaining what had happend but not one reply when I got back I phoned them on many occasions 3 times was advised the accounts department will call me back about the refund this never happened and 4 times when I needed to know why they didn't pay my airline ticket and wanted a refund they just hung up on me .After almost 4 weeks of been messed about I involved my bank as I had paid with my credit card and they got me my money back . I'm 100% certain without the banks help I would not have got a refund if you value that you will fly that day and have a airline ticket don't trust any of these above Part 2 As for the answer below it's a total lie but what can I expect from scammers I've received an email from the airline confirming that they contacted yourselves on numerous occasions for payment but you scammed them like you scammed me I really hope people reading this will see how bad this company really is and move on as fast as they can . best they not get scammed

Canada | 03 August 2024I bought a round trip ticket at 10pm and they called me the next day at 8am to ask me for more money for the ticket, because according to them I had only bought a one-way ticket and that I was going to lose the money I had paid. I had received a confirmation of a round trip ticket at the time of purchase. I hung up the call while I decided what to do and the new person who answered, after much insistence, gave me the option to pay 175US$ for the cancellation, which I paid. They said that the money would immediately go into my account. Oh! surprise! The company had not charged my money for my reservation. They had never confirmed the payment for the ticket and they asked me for a payment for a cancellation of a ticket that they had never confirmed or taken the payment for. I was robbed!

Luego recibí una llamada telefónica en la q me indicaron que debo pagar un valor aproximado de $900 por unos cargos adicionales del aeropuerto. Solicité anular la transacción porque la transacción y el asesor de Call Center dijo que no es posible y que si compro de otra forma terminaría pagando más de $1000 q al menos me están cobrando menos de 1 $1000. Le dijo que esto es una afectación de los derechos del consumidor y la respuesta que recibí fue agresiva: que puedo hacer lo que quiera y quejarme con quien yo quiera pero que use o no los pasajes terminaré pagando $900

United States | 30 July 2024Had just found out my brother n law had a heart attack and died. Needed to get to sierra vista, az. Thought I was calling Sun Country airlines. Thought that the person I thought worked for them. The flight out worked well. Coming home ran into issues, was able to get another flight. Looked at credit card purchases. I was over charged and charged a fee from this company. Told I would receive a refund from Delta since we had to change Airlines to get home on time. Was charged double the price for the 4 of us. Verified what we should’ve been charged from calling the Airlines. Also was charged over $400.00 for the service that I didn’t know I was using.

If you mistype the phone numbers for any major airlines, it will automatically take you to their call center and you will receive another call from them where they will pretend to be whatever airline they want and they will scam you out of your money. These scammers are based in India. Avoid like the plague.

United States | 17 July 2024this company is a complete scam. They somehow intercepted my outgoing call to united airlines, called me back and impersonated United Airlines. Charged me 389 to change my flight, which is free through the airlines, and lied to me about being a United Airlines employee. I will be filing a fraud complaint through my credit card, and a bank employee already assured me I will be getting a full refund!

Según yo ya hize el pago y me llaman a decir que como compré un vuelo promocional ya no está disponible y que debo pagar más por otro vuelo o por el mismo más de 1000 me parece injusto que pasen ese tipo de cosas si se supone que ya lo compre porque a última hora me dicen esas cosas

Took two hrs for something I could have done in less than 10 minutes. I booked business class but they neglected to put business on leg from Taiwan to Bali so that will be agony.

United States | 22 June 2024I booked round trip flights from Chicago to Las Vegas on 06/07/2024 to travel on 06/26/2024- 06/30/2024. I was given a fair price which seemed like a good deal. After I paid for my tickets I was told to callback after 06/20 to receive my confirmation and E Ticket. I called on 06/21 to get the confirmation and was told it would be emailed to me within 2 hours. 2 hours passed and I received a call stating that my ticket vouchers had expired and that I had to change the dates and pay a difference of over $300 to travel, or a difference of more than $600 to travel on my original travel dates. If I don’t want to pay extra they would refund my money in 6-7 business days which would be after my return travel date. I bought these tickets well in advance so that if anything happened I could handle the situation in a timely manner. Now 5 days before I’m scheduled to travel the rate has quadrupled from my original cost! I will never book through this site again! My vacation is ruined. And all because I wanted to save $40 I know have to pay almost 700 dollars on top of the $372 I paid on 06/07!!!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO BOOK FLIGHTS THROUGH. THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY OPTIONS THAT SERVED AS CUSTOMER FRIENDLY FOR NOT HAVING THE AVAILABILITY THAT WAS GUARANTEED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. They NOT ONCE offered to cover the difference due to the mistake on their end with the tickets and expected me to just up and pay large sums of additional dollars for tickets.

United States | 14 June 2024Somehow they got a hold of us when we were trying to get a new flight through American Airlines after a sudden cancellation on the airline’s end. Frantic to get home we let them assist us with rebooking flights through Southwest. They never said who they were or that they weren’t from AA. The flights were good, however we ended up shelling out major money to this company on top of the actual ticket prices. They assured us they were only charging a “small fee” but it ended up being just as much as the ticket. The way the receipt was typed out was made to look like it was a certain amount per ticket but my credit card charge clearly went half to them and half to SW airlines. We checked with our friends who booked the same flight directly through Southwest on the way home and they paid half of what we were charged by PCM Travels. They also guaranteed to work on our refund from American Airlines which could take 7-10 days. Two weeks later we still haven’t received a refund and had to contact American directly to request ourselves. Beware of this “business” at all costs unless you want to pay double and end up doing the legwork yourself anyway. Dyson Brown was our rep for this scam of a call.
