Great customer service. A rep called to let me know that they'd be a delay in shipping my order and whether I wanted to wait or a refund. My order eventually shipped ahead of the advised time.

All the staff are very helpful and they answer the phone quickly. They also had the cheapest price for the tennis string I ordered.
