Exemplary Customer Service, Product & Performance! After reviewing several YouTube product demos, accompanied by a promotional discount with the LTA offer, we took the investment decision to buy a Slinger for our son's (16-years) birthday! A massive reward, but COVID-19 has restricted his training ability and this would help restore and regain his pace. As a County Performance Player, he is already enjoying it; whilst the Slinger tosses the ball at a relative pace, the amount of Top-Spin accelerates the ball from the bounce is massive, so watch-out beginners! This is a great performance play product, allows you time and stretch to practice on what you need to develop as a player. Slinger is well made, strong, functional and compact (my only suggestion if one more handle to help lug the bag into the boot of the car would make this lugging a little easier). Slingers prompt delivery was well packed, with all the instructions, warrantee information and online links. The sales and support emails were very efficient and friendly too, ideal. We would certainly recommend the Slinger and no doubt we will both be experts soon!

I bought a Slinger Bag from these guys and loved the product, but a Company is only tested when things go wrong. My battery in the bag died. I emailed Mark and Jon out of office hours. They immediately replied with helpful tips to get the bag up and running again. Quickly resolved with a replacement charger and battery but I know they would have got a completely new bag to me if needed. Unbelievably good, quick and friendly service. Really can’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys, very happy!!

FRAMEWORK PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICES I've been dealing with framework over a year and half now. I've bought my wilson Bairado from them and many strings. What can I say I honestly can't praise their customer service enough. I've dealt with whole team Nat John and in particular Mark. What brilliant guy always there to help you and takes time out for even a fussy customer like me lol. I had some teething issues with my Bairado and Mark was there to help soon as I contacted him.
