Disappointed with this company‘s communication can’t get through on the phone. Don’t reply to emails or messenger seatbelt was returned within a week but with a part missing requests via email for them to return the missing part have gone unanswered

Fast turnaround, new belts look great. I was a little surprised that the components (buckle etc.) were not cleaned when dissasembled, would have been 5 stars if this had been done. Huge saving on buying new belts from VW, I would recommend sending to the Airbag Team if your seatbelts are looking old/damaged as it really makes a big difference to my new interior and newly upholstered seats A+

The driver’s seatbelt on my car was badly frayed. I found The Airbag Team online. The website was clear and easy to use. I emailed the company to double check the product and procedure. Dan was extremely helpful and dealt with my queries promptly. The replacement fabric seatbelt was returned within the time frames and was of excellent quality. I would definitely recommend The Airbag Team for seatbelt repairs.

I sent my seatbelts in for replacement webbing. As I had to disconnect the battery it meant my car was unlocked the whole time the belts were with Airbag Team. I emailed and called to explain about this and they said they would do them within 48 hours, but this didn't happen and it took a week for them to come back. (And then only after I reminded them.)

I've worked with a lot of companies in my time in running an online business directory however I was quite honestly blown away by this firm - so much so I thought they were too good to be true, but they were true enough! I'm not sure about the other 1* reviews - but those are not my concern, this review is. From the moment I contacted them I heard back from them super quick to confirm my enquiry. They were superb in communication. I sent off my damaged seat belt and had a response from them the very next day upon posting it to them. They'd already repaired it and were letting me know it had been repaired and was on its way back to us, and just wanted payment. The seat belt arrived back super quick, professionally wrapped and good as new. Thank you so much for your excellent service - if you were more local to me near Suffolk, I'd have recruited your services for my directory, I was that impressed!

Quick return of repair. Telephone advice was friendly and very useful

I had a bad experience with this company. 1. First, they told me they had second-hand, unrepaired airbags. 2. Second, I drove for over an hour to collect them, but when I arrived, they said they only had repaired ones with a 12-month warranty, claiming only the dashboard airbag had been repaired. 3. Third, all the airbags were actually repaired, with visible repair marks, cracks, and fractures. 4. Fourth, when I showed them the photos, they responded very disrespectfully, saying, “Did you just want to see them, or do you want to remove yours again?” I do not recommend working with this company at all. If you do, make sure to inspect everything carefully before paying and do not trust them.

The Airbag team’s repair process was very easy to complete. Most impressive was the fact that I had the seatbelt sent in on the Wednesday and later that day I had confirmation of it being returned the next day. All now refitted and very happy that it’s working perfectly.
