We use coversure as our brokers as a Homecare business it is important our cars are insured correctly. Excellent service from them they are always helpful and professional. Ryan Mcgurk has been excellent.

What a disappointment benn with them 5 years had a non fault accident I was chasing up witnesses forwarding all the statements Then it was my fault i was stationary and apparently i drove into on coming vehicle they don't help very much take your money with no support chasing them all the time and when it come to renewal in a flash guess what you have a call or email Why even stress yourself Why would you want to use them

Coversure East …. What a complete bunch of muppets! They seem to think Joe Public have no knowledge of insurance and will do anything to gain your buisness. The owner runs his business from reading a pathetic book and dictates to his staff. I hope the FCA closes this business forever

Excellent service from Carl in Northampton branch, very helpful, always called back when he said he would. Was able to offer us business insurance at a very competitive rate,. Will certainly carry on using them for any further insurance products.

Paid for insurance that they decided not to bother securing correctly a month on they are now apologising and asking for nearly double what has already been paid so they can get the correct cover and correct their mistake! Are now ignoring emails for over 4 days. Have raised a complaint.

Dont deal with this company (coversure) especially Sufyan Basharat. scammers dont deal with them kept my deposit of £980 + trying to charge me 280 extra to cancel after 20 days

Coversure called me about 3 weeks before my renewal was due. I asked them to send me all the details and I would get back to them as soon as I could. A few days past and another call from Coversure. I explained to them that I hadn’t had time to look at the details but I would get back to them as soon as I could. At this point I also explained to them that my mother had just past away and I was very busy dealing with our family loss. A weekend went past and then another call from Coversure. I answered the call and reiterated that I was dealing with personal things, please don’t call me again. I ignored all the following calls up to my renewal date. They called once more on the last day where I had the pleasure of telling them they lost my custom to another company from what can only be described as harassment. Looking back through my call log there were 10 phone calls in the space of 3 to 4 weeks all by the same person!!

Still waiting for a refund after cancelling my policy well within the 14 day cooling off period. Very disappointing service, they are quick to take the money but don't want to give it back .. excuse after excuse

After being messed about by other brokers for years I had finally had enough and had already been speaking to Coversure for the last two years and now finally decided to move over. Excellent service and even through our previous broker was making things difficult right up to the last minute, Coversure sorted everything out professionally and promptly with excellent service. Big shout out to Kevin for all the out of hours help to get this sorted and not leave me in the lurch whilst I was travelling.

Coversure Batley They were amazing for the first year, but at each renewal prices were hiked over 100%, one package triples in price, with another package having a 200% increase over 2 years. no alternative quotes were provided, renewal offers came in less than 24 hours before expiry backing us into a corner to ensure we are covered. Out to make money for the Insurer and not their clients. We have parted ways and have saved over £30000 in premiums

I recently had exceptional customer service from the team at Coversure Cramlington office. My insurance had been cancelled and I was struggling to get insurance, staff at the branch were amazing to deal with and not only found me cover but at a fraction of the price I was expecting. Really recommended

If I could put Zero stars I would ,as you all can see from the reviews on this page the company Coversure East is a shambles! STAY AWAY FROM COVERSURE EAST.So many bad reviews and I have left review before absolutely do not insure with them ,my family and myself have took all of our policies elsewhere,And have had the best result.should have left them years ago.

This is not a company I would recommend for any kind of travel insurance cover. Extremely problematic with regard to making any claim on account of their convoluted claims registration mechanism - despite the impressive Axa name attached to it. After some two months or more I managed to get part payment for my losses. Have yet to check if I should have received full payment and compensation. After several months of utter exasperation a sum of only 30% of my genuine claim was paid out. What a terrible company this is - absolutely unfit for purpose. They make is virtually impossible for any claims to be made.

Please carefully don't trust what they say in the beginning to set up your policy. If you choise to do montly payments you will not be able to stop your payments even you want to cancell the policy. A very bad customer service and attitude when I tried to explain my points.
