It's a great store - Not just for big girls but really inclusive. I like trying different brands, honest opinions, and a friendly atmosphere. And always some bargains to be had!

I get fed up with filling these things in but thats no reflection on Bakou. I like the way the shop is laid out and the helpfulness of the staff. Its easy to park nearbuy and my wardrobe is witness to the fantastic collection of high quality, unusual and well made clothes in well proportioned sizes.

I love this shop - a fabulous selection of clothes for the fuller figure with friendly, honest and unpushy staff makes shopping here a real pleasure. I haven’t purchased online, but find the regular updating of the website really helpful to look through new stock before I visit. My husband even suggests things for me to buy 😂. As well as the clothes I can rarely resist adding a purchase from the lovely jewellery collection. As I say, love this shop!!

I have been using this shop since it opened and can honestly say it has been a pleasure. Always greeted with a smile and a chat followed by trawling through the wonderful goodies on offer here. The selection is incredible!!! Ok, it's not not the cheapest end of the market, but the quality is always good. Definitely my go to place whenever I need new clothes, just fancy a little treat to myself, or to have a friendly chat. You can't go wrong!!

This is a really great shop and Ali offers an excellent and professional service to all her customers. It's fabulous that you can now shop online. Great efficient service, great clothes and easy returns if things don't fit or suit. I used to shop in person but now I've moved away and am not local it's delightful that I can still buy from Bakou.
