Het bestellen en aflevering van de photobooth was super makkelijk. Vooral de prijs is ook aantrekkelijk. We hadden de premium versie gekozen, echter we vonden alsnog de printsnelheid wel traag en de 3 fotos voor 1 strip worden niet achter elkaar gemaakt waardoor je wel vaak moet klikken.

Insgesamt war ich mit dem Ablauf und der Qualität der Bilder sehr zufrieden. Allerdings fand ich den Preis etwas hoch. Zudem hat es mich gestört, NACH der Buchung ständig Mails mit Rabattangeboten zu bekommen.

Die Fotobox kam pünktlich an. Es war ausreichend Material dabei. Der Auf-und Abbau war sehr einfach erklärt. Leider hat es mit der Abholung von UPS nicht so geklappt. Ein anderer Versandpartner wäre einfacher. Bei uns ist der Versand Partner leider nicht so gefragt und der nächste Shop 10km entfernt. Ohne Führerschein ein bisschen doof. Wenn man den Kundenservice gebraucht hat, kamen schnelle Rückmeldungen

C’était une super expérience. À refaire. Très jolies photos. C’est pratique et facile d’utilisation. Le seul point négatif est qu’il y a une limite pour la réimpression des photos. Sinon au top ☺️

I never received my photos in the app. It has now been a month since the party. I returned the kruu device the first business day. One of the main reasons I went with Kruu was to have access to all of the photos after the party. Very disappointed.

Photobooth commande pour un anniversaire, version Premium. Livré le lundi pour le samedi, fonctionnement niquel, simple d'utilisation, rien à dire ! Récupéré le lundi, photos dispo le mardi sur l'appli 2 petits points négatifs : la box n'est pas fixe sur son support, et tourne assez facilement sur elle même, compliqué quand vous voulez faire des photos avec un fond et que vous calibrez tout pour. Le moindre petit choc modifie donc tout. On notera aussi le fait que les ré impressions soient limitées, ce qui n'est pas noté au départ mais uniquement en fouillant un peu sur le site. Mais autrement vraiment bien, rien à redire, je repasserais par là en cas de nouveau besoin !

Alles wordt zoals afgesproken geleverd en de photobooth is makkelijk in elkaar te zetten. Het heeft ons trouwfeest extra speciaal gemaakt.

For our event there were people that were wanting re-prints if the printer malfunctioned, but this was not possible. We also couldn't print multiples for when there were more than one person involved. It was also a very clunky experience to download the app and join the event, this should be way easier and require less steps. It was also a poor experience for people to wait days before viewing the pictures. With thousands of people in attendance, trying to get them to download the app, or wait for a few days the entire experience for them was a tad disjointed.

L'appareil est arrivé dans les temps, les explications pour la mise en route et le fonctionnement de l'appareil sont faciles. Tout s'est bien passé et le rendu des photos est top! Rien à redire!

Easy to set up and was a hit at the wedding. However, I felt blind-sided by the size of some of the photos. The long strips (with four photos) were super small so you could barely see the photos. Not like a normal Photo Booth. When the photos were delivered electronically, they were VERY blurry. I’m disappointed by both of these things but I still appreciate the idea of the Photo Booth. My guests had a great time.

Easy to assemble...we have it for the whole day...quality is great...customer service outstanding. Will definitely go to kruu.com again.
